Please first of foremost I will like to say a massive thanks to Neela and her team which is ethnic minority umbrella for the Great help you have help me and my kids as a single mum with four children Neela has also stood up for myself and the kids from the first day I got to know her up until now she still hasn't given up on myself and the kids. All is because ethnic minority umbrella is still supporting Neela to get to vulnerable person like me.
As a single mum with four I have always been Neela's priority, she's always checking on myself and the kids all the time. I tried to register myself to college to feather my education so I can get a better future and since I told Neela about its what I have started doing She has always been encouraging me all the time.
She always tried to send me all information about where and when to do stuff
I can't thank Neela and her team ethnic minority umbrella enough but all I have to say is many the Good God continue to bless all of you and strengthen you in all ways in Jesus name as well as any body who also supports the team with funds to help the community and vulnerable person like me once again God richly bless you 🙏

I have referred many people to HEMU for last 5 to 6 years, Neela has helped vulnerable people in local community regardless of their colour, gender, race or religion. She is very kind and passionate lady and always available for help. She is asset to local community and never expects any favours from people she helps.

What an incredible organisation!
With Neela, whom I choose to call Mum; the mother I never had/saw! Her authenticity puts one at ease right away. She actively listens to what one is saying and responds with a tone of empathy and helpful information.

It’s been two years of total shutdown in Harlow and within hours of connection, a barrage of extremely useful information was received.
Being a victim of domestic violence with scanty information on the rights of victims of my nature, her entrance into this was a game changer. Gears have shifted since and the system is beginning to emit results.

To me, this is a real show of love and kindness. It’s life giving sharing with people who prioritise mental health and well being. It not only helps people feel seen but also absolutely invaluable. I am satisfied with Grace and joy seeing how much I have moved now as opposed to the last two years. To everyone in this organisation (HEMU), I owe you much more than I can provide🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

HEMU are outstanding in their support for the vulnerable. My elderly mothers living conditions and health were appalling, no one was helping, coupled with a highly dependent special needs adult son made her situation even worse. HEMU have supported her holistically by connecting advicati g for her to local services and helped to push progress in the right direction. Not only that but they also supply and provide her assistance with food on a regular basis. This organisation is outstanding and needs to be supported. Thank you HEMU!
