I have been suffering with trapped nerves for approx 4 weeks. Alison treated me regularly over the last 4 weeks gently releasing the nerves by gentle massage and acupressure. She has provided me with exercises that have aided my recovery and explained to me how she is treating me and why she has targeted the areas she has been working on. I am due to go on holiday tomorrow and yesterday's treatment, helped me to sleep pain free for the first time in quite a while. I really was worried that i wouldnt be able to manage the holiday but now im reieved to say i think ill be ok. I can't thank her enough for helping me. She really knows her stuff and has healing hands. I have been having regular massages over the years as she is so tuned in with knowing where my aches and pains are. Alison really makes you feel comfortable and listens to you.
I recommended Alison to my mum recently and the improvement in her movement has been amazing.

I went to see Claire for a allergy test which I’ve had a few times, I was having panic attacks, which after testing everything it was gluten, Claire goes trough everything and it’s done by the muscles, plus I have a frozen shoulder and it was affecting my shoulder and hand, she massaged a few points on my shoulder and elbow movements it definitely eased my arm and hand.
I came out feeling very positive more than what I felt like when I went in thank you so much claire

I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage with Alison Young .. WOW and THANK YOU is the best description .she is not only the most personable kind and caring person , which shows when she speaks , she is so knowledgable about what I needed to help reduce the pain and swelling I have in my legs and feet . When I left I felt rejuvenated and energised and have seen such improvement in my legs . Visited the shop to arrange a session, the man that deals with sessions I needed wasn't there so the lady I spoke to took my name and number fir him to give me a call. 3 weeks later and I still haven't heard a thing. Very disappointing.
