The worst doctors in history. Would rather let u have a heart attack than an appointment. I don’t know who the receptionists think they are. Stay away from here. It should be closed down

Avoid going to this Doctor’s clinic. Ridiculous system to get an appointment, I have been suffering with an infection at 14 weeks pregnant with ZERO luck getting an appointment. Takes you to a silly automated system that declines your appointment right away. Fix up.

The worst GP in Harlow , he is gonna send you to different doctor becouse they don't understand even Flu , or give antibiotics to 2 months infants before even check him. This is big big Joke !

I have been with this Surgery for around 24 years and have nothing but praise for them. They are efficient and very helpful. Yes - they are under strain from the volume of patients but I have always managed to get an appointment, just use the online service. When I visited them a couple of years ago with a swollen foot Dr. Ipakchi arranged immediate tests which discovered I had Prostate Cancer, which in due course was operated on. His diagnosis saved my life. I would not go anywhere else. No service is perfect, but they care and are very professional.

You can ring them 65 times before they pick up the phone!!
The NHS , a sinking ship i'm afraid.

Pick up the phone...get your head out the clouds!!
People are paying their taxes and you get awful service like this (and i daresay in many other places) If practices' like this made a bit of an effort it would really help. get with it ..come on!!!

-Poor customer service
-Staff seem inept to pick up a phone and don't apologise when you do go in there after ringing 65 times!!
- The attitude like "you" are doing something wrong by trying to sort a problem is just absurd and downright wrong.

If many other practices in this country are as bad as this we've got a lot of work to do. May as-well be a third world practice in Nigeria.

Worst health centre on the planet. Taking hours for the receptionist to pick up the phone. Full of racist peaple. After asking for some cream for my babies I've been told to go to Poland and buy it there if I want it. Very poor service.

The local healthcare centre for a such a big area. More staff could be on. And the hours should really go on for later for those of us that cannot get there in normal hrs.
