Horrendously failed my nan who at the time suffered moderate dementia and Alzheimer's. Due to their many failures which left her entirely open to abuse by a supposed 'family carer', there were serious consequences inflicted upon my nan and other innocent family. This place is beyond a joke and they then only serve to cover their own backs. Their mental heath care and assessments are absolutely frightening for ones wellbeing, safeguarding and future.

The support workers at Latton Bush Mental Health Centre are reliable and professional. They do a solid job of providing the care and support needed for service users, creating a positive environment for everyone involved.

Worst 'help' you could ever wish for. This is sadly the third of fourth time I've been referred to latton bush for MH services. Each time takes away more of your soul. You never speak to an actual psychiatrist regarding serious medication. They refuse to offer correct medication for constant panic attacks.

The medication I am on hasn't been changed despite specifically requesting a review. Staff are either rude and uncompassionate or triggered when questioned. I have zero faith in this place. I'm at breaking point and they simply don't care. Terrible service.

I am absolutely disgusted with this service!!! After wanting to kill myself just after Xmas I reached out for help which was extremely hard for me to do. I had an assessment where I poured my heart out for nearly an hour and a half 2 months went by and I heard nothing, I was then told I needed another assessment as they had nothing on their system for me so I had another assessment with a lady who clearly couldn't care less and 2 weeks later my doctor has juat told me they have closed my case and referred me back to the doctor. Years and years of suffering and when I get to the point of genuinely needing help I am turned away. Let hope they don't have a death on their hands!!!

I could write a book mirroring other reviews before today.
Today I was promised my support lady would come to my house and help me with a visit from DWP. I even changed the date to suit her holiday.
I spoke to her an hour before appt. Did she turn up?
No she didn't. No explanation and since then have left 4 voicemails with them. One in a highly stressed state.

Rude, unhelpful, unprofessional staff.
Try to ask for help, receive none. Calls not returned numerous times. Shouldn't be called a mental health team, they seem to have no awareness of their actions, inactions, and serve to worsen existing problems.

Heads up to Lisa for sharing private and confidential information about patients with absolute strangers. Some staff members clearly are in the wrong place and don't take their job seriously. I will be making a formal complaint so hopefully others don't have to go through the same.

Total disgrace. Will fob you of with anything just to get you off their caseload. Will pick up on one thing you're able to do and then tell you that you don't need them if you can do that. Careplans are non existant or arrive months after your appointment full of misquotes and errors. They will make your mental health worse
