The manager needs to learn how to deal with people specially in the health department where empathy towards people is needed.Very arrogant and rude lady (rude is not just raising the voice and if there is someone telling me that I was rude there are video cameras and they don’t lie). I’m not upset that I did not got an appointment for my 7 month old baby which was already diagnosed with bronchitis, I’m upset because of the way that I was treated and that I felt the racism in her words and when I asked for her name I got the door slammed to my face. I saw a private doctor today for my baby and I will definitely not be going to Ross practice again.

I have been with the Ross practice for over 59yesrs. But I have to say it’s the worse it’s ever been, you can’t get an appointment if urgently needed , blood test or get past the receptionist who at times are very rude… I had a bad experience Wednesday receptionist could off not cared!!!!!!!!!!!

As a family of 5 we have been with this GP for nearly 2 years and we have never had a bad experience with them. If any of us have needed an appointment we get one, the doctors are always very knowable and helpful and the receptionist, nurses and all staff are always so helpful and friendly. Doctors get a lot of bad rep but we cannot fault The Ross Practice at all, we’re always saying how happy we are with them especially given how the NHS is at the moment. We couldn’t be more thankful! We know it’s not always easy working in a setting like this but they do a fab job 🙂

Have always found Ross Practice to be extremely helpful, had an emergency this week and was seen within an hour, saw a lovely new Doctor, be great if he’s permanent. Very grateful to be a patient at this GP surgery.

My wife phoned this morning at 8:30am could not get through.
Ask for call back, 1 hr later no call back.
Called again eventually got through, for the operator to say we should of called at 8:30am
My has not seen a doctor pre covid, and when you want to see a doctor, no chance. Now we have to call 111.
What a total waste of time and effort.

My experience with Dr. Ashraf today was highly disappointing. As I further tried to discuss my concerns, I was told that I could only discuss one issue per visit, which was quite shocking. As a patient, I believe it's important for doctors to investigate all aspects of a problem, diagnose it, and offer appropriate treatment. It's unreasonable to assume that health issues can only be related to one particular symptoms and not consider a holistic approch.

The Dr didn't seem interested in delving deeper into my concerns. I was expecting more compassion and a willingness to help from a medical professional, but that wasn't the case. It's disheartening to see that the simple courtesy of asking "Is there anything else you would like to discuss?" has been replaced with a rigid rule of discussing only one issue per visit.

Overall, I felt like my concerns were dismissed, and that my appointment was being rushed My experience left me feeling unsupported.

I would like to add that all past services I got from the surgery was very respectful and professional and I appreciate their efforts.

Great doctors surgery, receptionists are always very helpful and they always get our kids in to be seen, I usually use the online service for myself as it's not usually anything urgent but have been called back the same day on most occasions and even given a same day appointment twice.

Phone lines never answered. Can't get appointments. My mum has alzheimers and I can't get help with her meds. Practice had her memory test results 6 weeks already and never told me until I called and chased the outcome. Useless. Don't bother. All doctors have left the surgery
