Be it my children, my elderly parents, myself or my husband, we have all consistently been treated with kindness, compassion high level of skill in both administrative and clinical respects. There is a happy atmosphere and the service is excellent in person and also on the telephone. Well done and thank you Rother House for showing how it can be done.

I am outraged by the behavior of Dr. Samir Khan today in rother house stratford-upon-avon when I came with a 5-year-old child, fever of almost 40 degrees, in the office I gave all the information since when, its start . since Saturday, there have been symptoms and all night my child had a high fever, neither Calpol nor other medications helped that much, they only brought the fever down for 4 hours. Since my child had a very enlarged tonsil, he vomited several times, he could not swallow well or open his mouth well. I heard from the doctor that I should not come with a child who vomits and that such patients are not accepted because the doctor does not want to get infected. My child did not have a virus that causes vomiting but inflammation of the tonsil, which was very red and large. the doctor refused to prescribe antibiotics and further help for my child he sent me home then I went to the reception with the child in my arms barely lying down to ask for a change the doctor was changed and unfortunately I was sent back without antibiotics then I went to the reception again fighting for help for my child who was in a very serious condition asking for a manager of course he did not contact me where in my opinion should have been. explained the situation and not providing help to my child. dr Samir Khan came out with a big smile talking about returning to the office and his words started with listen to me without antibiotics I will also feel better where I still asked for this antibiotic. it does not cost the doctor anything and it will help my child I replied that I know my child like no one else and I know that in such a severe infection he needs antibiotics apart from a large tonsil and fever there is an unpleasant smell from the mouth white tongue no toilet. I still asked for antibiotics. where does the doctor tell me that such a situation where I am at the reception asking for help with a loud voice is not allowed but playing loud music is okay? . I will not leave it like this for not helping my child if the doctor does not want to get infected and accept sick patients then he should not be a doctor I will write everywhere so that such a doctor will suffer the consequences

With the NHS generally under so much pressure I could not have been happier with the service you provided today.. thank you! I called in to see if I could get an appointment for my eye infection. Reception staff were very helpful uploading my photo. The duty Doctor called while I was walking my dog and within 30 minutes I was able to pick up my prescription. Brilliant , efficient and friendly Thankyou so much. Stuart

I’ve always had a very positive experience when dealing with Rother House. I feel that the receptionists get an unnecessary amount of flack when they’re just doing their job, I’ve always found them to be very helpful and friendly on the phone. I’ve been fortunate enough to not wait long for an appointment and the doctors there are all superb.

Our experience with this place has always been wonderful, we as a family always came here for anything, months ago, my mom came here because she had back pain, she was given sick note and was always looked after the wonderful doctors, calling to see how is going for her, if it didn't go well, she would get extra few weeks of resting.
Today she got holiday off to be able to fix her dental issues in our country, thank you!

I have today had once again a wonderful service from Rother house reception staff. When I hear my friends complain about the practices at their own GP surgeries I realise how fortunate my family and I are. Reception staff are friendly, flexible and go the extra mile to adapt when life isn’t quite as straight forward. In these times with staff resources stretched, my family and I have never not been given appropriate access to a doctor and provided effective treatment or advice. Well done all at Rother House 👏👏👏

The harsh tone of the receptionist is upsetting when trying to explain yourself ….they need to remember they are dealing with ill and upset patients not a checkout at aldi
