I've been terrified of dentists all of my life and it took a lot just to reach out to Cliftonville. I saw Dr Sam and I couldn't be more grateful or appreciative of him. I have a few appointments to attend with him to get the work done I need and he put me at ease within minutes of meeting him for my first consultation. I've just returned home from my second appointment where he has prepared my tooth for a crown. He promised me no pain and that is exactly what he delivered. He worked with me to signal me when he needed my attention, leaving me the remainder of the time to have my eyes closed and my noise cancelling headphones on with my music blasting in my ears to try and zone out from what was going on. He advised me every time there would be a change in pressure or a change in drill vibration so I was fully prepared for what he needed to do. I was dreading having the appointment today and now I can honestly say that I'm not terrified for my next appointment. Dr Sam, thank you so much for your amazing work and your patience with me. I'm so grateful to have found such a compassionate and fantastic dentist!! Thank you.

I was an extremely nervous patient but I can absolutely say that I had the best experience with this dentists. Dr. Sam and the nurse Alina was simply amazing. I had to have 15 teeth extracted over the course of 2 appointments and I was nothing less than petrified but I was made to feel completely at ease and relaxed from the minute I walked in and was greeted by the lovely ladies at reception to the point where I had my actual consultation. Dr. Sam even had me laughing during the actual extractions and Alina was so lovely, they could both see how frightened I was but both were so patient and encouraging. I wouldn't dream of seeing anyone else now, thank you so much to all of the staff at Cliftonville Dental, you really are fabulous! ❤️ I still have a few months to go until I'm finished but at least I can do it with a smile that I no longer have to hide in the meantime 😁

My 8year old was referred to the practice for a tooth extraction. From Jodie & Amy on reception to Dr Amita and Danielle I could not fault the friendless, kindness and all round brilliant experience we had. Everything was explained to both me and my son and on the day he was not nervous at all. The sedation process and care taken to make sure he was comfortable was wonderful, fidget toys, blankets, cushions even a little sweet for those blood sugar levels at the end. A quiet afternoon afterwards and he was not fazed at all. I would highly recommend this practice for those with young children looking for a calm trauma free experience.

I was terrified to go to a dentist but was having pain so was booked in next day with Amita. I have seen her twice for treatment with inhaled sedation. She is amazing, she let me know everything that was happening and how it would feel and sound. She promised there would be no pain or discomfort and there wasn't. I cannot thank all the staff enough! I didn't once feel silly for my fears. I would recommend Cliftonville to anyone anxious or not!

We were referred to Cliftonville dental for a tooth extraction under sedation. Imagine, a nervous 7yr old in this position. We had a first face to face consultation with Amita who managed to alleviate all those little fears away for both parent and child. The way she engages a child is amazing but also explains everything to us as parents. From being a nervous little child to coming out being confident and not worrying about a thing.
Come the day of tooth extraction, Amita and her team were absolutely amazing, taking us on a little journey of what was going to happen, distracting our child in many ways so they think about something else rather than worry. The preparation and execution was impeccable with our child walking away without fear and a great big smile with a sense of pride of what they've just been through. Super proud of our child but the credit really does go to Amita & her team.
