I would not recommend this clinic. If the job was done three years ago doesn’t mean the patient should be left off without any solution offered or response from the clinic whatsoever.
I got ZIRCONIA crowns fitted at this practice three years ago:
1. One tooth of the crown turned yellow. Because the tooth was made too big, the doctor Etemadi offered to adjust it and as I suspect, because of the grinding the glaze was removed as the result of this, the tooth turned yellow. I wasn’t informed that this will happen.
2. During recent canal treatment of the adjacent tooth at another practice, I was informed there are big gaps around the crowns, particularly on the canine tooth, and that it shouldn’t be like this even after three years. These gaps put the tooth at risk and generally this has been attributed to poor-quality work.
When the crowns were first fitted in March 2022, I raised concerns, that canine tooth was protruding and suspected a gap, but my concerns were dismissed, I trusted the doctor Etemadi.
I chose zirconia crowns and expected a long-lasting and durable result and now I should go somewhere else and probably redo everything which is really expensive.
I can only blame myself for not getting a second opinion sooner, but I hope this will help for others something to be aware of and would avoid this clinic if you want aesthetics and durability.
