Cannot fault this practice, they're welcoming, patient and professional throughout. From reception, to check ups and treatment. I had to have 3 fillings done, and was extremely apprehensive, but my dentist put me at ease. He gave me time where needed and talked me through what was happening, which is good for me. After treatment, since the anaesthetic wore off, I haven't felt any pain or discomfort. Of all the dentists I have been to, this practice and my dentist are the best I've have been to. Would happily recommend.

Superb! Having foolishly missed my check up last year, I now had to have a filling and an extraction!! The check up included an X-ray and a full explanation of all the options available to me. I was booked in for the treatment a few weeks later and despite my nerves all went really well and very reasonably priced. Will be going back on time for my check up next time!!! Excellent service and didn’t even have to wait to long on the day. Very efficient, top marks

I had good experience with dentists but bad with receptionist. Not all, before it was good. As another person mentioned earlier you're expected to be perfectly on time and 5 minutes due to traffic or any small emergency can happen to anyone! I would be more understanding if appointments were perfectly on time but I waited 20, 25 minutes before more than once. This plus sometimes really long wait for appointments.

Dr Jay Majevadia treated and work with Invisalign to correct my uneven front teeth. The procedure was for 4 months but spent another 3 months with Invisalign to achieve the desired 100% results. Jay was professional, communicative and contactable throughout the whole procedure. I was very happy with the final results and service provided by him.

We’ve been at Priory Dental for years, but I have just finished a course of Invisalign braces and I’m so happy with the experience. Dr Jay Majevadia was fab throughout, talking me through everything, putting me at ease when i was anxious and results are amazing! Thank you 🙏🏻

Had appointment booked for Monday 20th January, found out on the Friday before at 6 I had to put my dog to sleep on the Monday.. rang up and the women I spoke to tried charging me for a late cancellation saying I should of rang and left a voicemail.. I explained that was the last thing on my mind. She gave me with a shitty reaponse of “well okay this is for future reference” then “I hope you know it’s gunna be a while now” her attitude stunk and no compassion atall! Needs to practise her people skills and needs to practise them quick!!
