Never too busy, even at peak times there's always free machines. I've never been and not seen a cleaner working to keep the facilities in good condition. There are dozens of tennis courts. The gym has a weight room downstairs, a cardio area upstairs. The swimming pool is 20 m, it has a sauna, a steam room, and a jacuzzi. There is also a spa which is not covered by the membership.

Went for the final of the W100 event, it gets better and better each year and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Went to join just for swimming and aqua . Told will struggle to book for aqua plus I have to pay full membership as don't want the gym but will be paying for it .
Pretty expensive definitely not for me

I'm updating this review from poor to very good ? as many things improved over last few weeks/months

I complained about overbooked classes, you still need to book much earlier but you can often get last spaces if you plan it well. One more Jujitsu mini class was added on Friday which is great. The Monday one is overbooked but now there's an alternative if someone really wants their children to attend the class.
Huge thanks to the management.

More tables were added to the play area so recently you can actually find a seat ? and I just learned that tennis courts outside are free of charge which is cool. So it's only right to improve my rating ?

Please keep it going and make sure regular members feel that they have access to facilities and it's not overcrowded. Lovely gym, lovely staff, respectful and friendly.

We came here to get a price for the swimming etc, we had a look around the lady that showed us round was brilliant, the place has loads of equipment, but they don't do just a swim price which for people that can't use the gym equipment isn't very good and they should ideally look into this, the price overall was very pricey and the swimming times are just as bad as the local council as well compared to rise fitness where you can swim at anytime of the day. The tennis is also on top of the heavy price as well which I didn't find very good either..
