I found Emma through the Pelvic Partnership website when about half way through my pregnancy, and am so grateful I managed to find her. I'm a long time sufferer of lower back and knee pain and had started to struggle sleeping as a result of the increased pain during my pregnancy.

Despite my midwife saying back pain and pelvic girdle pain was 'just one of those things' I had to deal with during pregnancy, after visiting Emma regularly throughout the rest of my pregnancy and following her guidance between visits, even when 40 weeks pregnant my pain was still significantly less than when I first visited. The difference was incredible and with such gentle treatment, it was almost like magic!

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Emma to anyone suffering with aches and pains during pregnancy. Emma was also absolutely lovely and it was a pleasure to have a chat each visit. Next time my back or knee plays up, I won't hesitate in returning - even though her practice is a good distance away from where I live, it's well worth the drive!

I saw Emma regularly for a few months to help me deal with my MS diagnosis. I thought she was incredibly caring and professional throughout the time I was her patient. She payed attention to detail and I could tell that she really listened when I described often confusing symptoms. Some of these symptoms I would say Emma greatly improved with her treatments. She also adapted to my needs as they changed. I couldn't recommend Emma highly enough!

Emma is a very professional & knowledgeable osteopath. I was looking for a local, experienced osteopath to treat my lower back from an injury that resulted in surgery 5 years prior to seeing Emma. Emma was great at quickly finding why I could have been having problems and after a month or so, set me on my way with great advice on how to manage my exercise/day to day life routine. I have not had any repeat issues since.

Emma is also a very friendly and lovely person. I would come straight back to Emma without skipping a heart beat if any future back problems arise.

I was really nervous about visiting an osteopath but after pulling a muscle in the base of my back it was recommended as my best option. Emma was amazing and really helped put me at ease. Her diagnosis and treatment were great, she was very friendly even supplied me with an exercise program to help me in the future.

I first received treatment from Emma for back pain during pregnancy. It was surprisingly gentle yet very effective, providing much needed relief. Since then I have also received treatment on several occasions for more acute back pain after injury and have had much needed relief after only one or two sessions. Also lots of good advice and suggestions for exercises that I can do independently to prevent the problem reoccuring.

Having had ongoing back problems for the last 10 years and visited several different osteopaths, I can thoroughly recommend Emma. Very professional and great results!

Emma was very quick to respond to my cry for help with my lower back issues. She phoned back out of hours and got me straight in. She helped my back get more mobile, and less painful, and was diligent in preparing me for the tour I was embarking on that day! (I'm a musician). Thank you Emma!
