Lovely place and very polite staff.

All the staff are very polite. The deputy manager has a very kind and caring personality, he had time to show us around and politely tend to the residents in need of assistance. The other staff members were very polite towards each other and had no problem helping out with even the smallest of tasks. This wasn't like most care homes, everyone in the building seemed more like family than those in need of assistance and those who have a job. Very clean and tidy, not a hair out of place. In this establishment you know your loved ones will be cared for and treated like family.
