Please do not use Dolphin care Agency if you have a disabled person they are not and have not had any form of training. I suspect most of these carers are bought from abroad they are not CBS checked or DBS checked the Manager is the biggest joke my opinion this is just about her making money. Her carers are the worst it's almost as if there mobile phone needs caring more than the poor disabled people who have to suffer watching them for hours on these things. When my disabled daughter was given medication wrong more than once the answer was very clear just give her another chance as if it was a joke. Where is the government to regulate these companies. I hope nobody as to go through what I experienced with this company and there so called manager the carers are so lazy and they lie about everything you ask them nobody is going to take responsibility for anything that happens I strongly suggest before anybody gets involved with this company try some where else.

This service is totally unprofessional. The manager is always apologetic, but in reality plays games. The carers turn up for 30 minute slots and make the children miserable. They spend much of their time on the phone and provide a very picky and poor service.

I have disabled children and this agency is not trained in providing adequate care for these types of vulnerable children. They are very intimidating and make you feel really low.

These types of agencies need government intervention as they are very bully-ish, and not focussed on care. We have had 6 weeks of excuses and very poor care. I have had to threaten them with the police as they will not take NO for an answer!
