Tried to register my new born son for his vaccines. There is literally no nurse that can do them.... Wasn't informed this when I registered him. Absolute joke! You would have thought vaccinating a baby would be a priority for the NHS but no.

Very disappointing care. They change telephone appointment times, only for the out of hours service to never phone. When contacting the GP the following day you get told it’s not their fault and that they have now given your original booked appointment slot to somebody else, so you will have to be booked in for in again. Then you will wait around for the next available appointment in about 3 days time, only for the GP to never phone. They take no responsibility for the mistakes they make and show no compassion. Over 2 weeks and 4 booked appointments later I am still waiting to finally speak to my GP!!! It is really concerning how they don’t look after their patients at all.

Only One GP on ever , in a surgery that can hold 4 GPs at least. Can only get a call back a week from today, And only a call back not an appointment. Looking at the reviews they dont even call back. What's the point in this badly run surgery taking NHS money and not Providing a service that people need.
It's a joke and needs to be shut down or sold to someone that cares for people and not just the money the NHS pay her to use her surgery. Her is Mrs Iqbal

God help you if you are ill and use this surgery, no wonder A&E is so busy, but a 12 hr wait is a better than "the doctor will call you in a week" there should be a limit on how many patients they have on their books.its a 4 doctor practice with 1 doctor.

As far as NHS GP surgeries go I'd say it's not too bad at all. I've seen Dr Iqbal the partner and a locum Dr Muzzifer both face to face and Dr Jawad a long term locum face to face and spoken to him on the phone. Always sorted out the issue I went to them about. Practice nurse friendly as well. Because I have a southern accent, one of the receptionists recognises my voice when I call up and is always friendly and addresses me by my sir name. Up here people think waiting 3 days for a routine appointment is a long wait but where I'm from you can wait up to a month. Here the wait is usually maximum a week but often less, which I think is reasonable. I had to make a complaint about something and the practice manager called me back within a few minutes of me calling reception asking to speak to her. I was complaining that I had made a trip to the surgery to pick up test results but they had closed early. The practice manager took it very seriously, was very understanding and told me what she was going to do about it. She said she only lives round the corner so if need be she will give up a few of her evenings to pop round there as a surprise visit to make sure the staff haven't closed early. I always prefer smaller surgeries as I often think some of the places that have 20,000 patients you are nothing but a number. Here there is only about 2000 patients. They squeezed me in at short notice once as an emergency which was appreciated as saved me going to A and E. Only gripe is the NHS website suggests I should be able to get a certain jab on the NHS due to a pre existing condition. A receptionist said I wasn't eligible, then changed her mind and said I could have it but they had none in and she said she'd call me when it came in. Never heard back. Asked Dr Jawad who said I could have it, still heard nothing, asked Dr Iqbal and she thought I wasn't eligible and asked me to check with the nurse. The nurse said I wasn't eligible as "they have too many patients with asthma and can't be giving it to all the patients". It was all quite annoying really as they all said different things. Either you're eligible or you're not. Also how do they just run out? Surely as it was winter at the time they should have had enough in so those that are eligible can have it- simple as that. It's the Pneumonia vaccine. On the NHS site it says if you're eligible for flu jab then you should be eligible for this as well. Asthma counts as a long term respiratory disease so I'd have thought I'm eligible. Gave up in the end but if I get pneumonia and die then at least they saved a few quid! Silly really in the grand scheme of things a vaccine is probably peanuts.

Useless!!! Only interested in getting you on screening programs and if you don't respond immediately you get a snotty message back from them! No interest in patient wellbeing only on the money they get from government for screening!!!

There's just no hope left there. My own health record doesn't even get updated.
