Very rude pharmacy that simply cares about operating a business than actually providing service to the community. Didn’t serve me because they were closing but still let me into the pharmacy to tell me this, would have preferred that they simply shut their door when closed. Sometimes a bit of compassion goes further than it all about getting out the door and going home at 2pm on the dot. Won’t attempt to use these guys again if I’m dying. Don’t think they would care either. One day the owner will look back at their life and realise that being a caring human being is more important than chasing the pounds!

Dreadful prescription service. Avoid! My husband and I usually try to avoid Kents based on past bad experience, but stupidly went there today with 3 NHS database codes for my medication from Pharmacy2U, who could not fulfill my order. Usually, in other local chemists, I hand over the codes and in 5 minutes I get my medicine. But Kents counter staff did not seem to have a clue how to use them.... so totally ignored the codes but eventually found the order on the national system via my name and DOB.

They told us it would be a 5 to 10 minute wait.
Waited, inquired, waited, inquired etc. My 80 year husband and I had to stand all the time due to the only 4 seats in the shop being occupied by patients waiting for covid injections.
Eventually we were told it was ready... but the pharmacist had to check it and she was treating a patient so we would have to wait even longer until she was free!

After a total of 45 minutes of waiting (!!) and with aching legs, only part of my prescription was given to me. Pharmacist tried to excuse the delay with some lame guff about my GP not sending in the prescription (even though my GP has NO involvement whatsoever once my prescription is on the national database and P2U make it accessible to any chemist). The bottom line is that this chemist is a disaster. We desperately need another less complacent and more efficient one in East Molesey.

Very bad service! 3 times I have been in to pick up my medication. Each time I was told ‘if we have it, it will be 10mins’. I left it over an 1hour each time, and each time, the same generic answer! No customer service, no manners, and absolutely no respect for my medical condition.
I urgently needed my medication for a bleeding intestinal track. When I inquired as to when my prescription would be ready (For the fourth time!) I was told very blasé (probably tomorrow!) No time frame, no advice, nothing!
Can’t tell you how disappointed I am.
I Will definitely not be going back there!

I was in the chemist today for my regular skin appointment at The Skin Bar with Kaps (whom works miracles on my skin) but I had a few people in front of me waiting to be served. I was worried I would be late even with two assistants already serving. However a young lady whom I hadn’t seen before quickly assessed the situation, politely excused herself and went to get help to deal with the queue.
The pharmacist herself came out and helped besides a girl whom I feel was still on her lunch break just so that everyone could be helped as quickly and as effortlessly as possible. Great customer service!
I never post reviews but I think this pharmacy is the best in the area, it stocks so many extra products besides medicines and if you ever need to ask advice from the pharmacist on duty they always oblige and willingly listen to you without it being a problem no matter how busy they are.
It’s a great chemist in the heart of the village!

I frequently visit the Pharmacy for the Skin Bar treatments delivered by the wonderful Kaps. I collected an online Skinceuticals order today and as soon as I walked through the door the 2 amazing ladies handed me my personalised order together with complimentary samples- it made my trip so seamless. I’d recommend The Skin Bar a hundred times over for her knowledge of skin and relevant treatment programmes.

Excellent chemist. Efficient, polite and reliable. Always busy so call ahead to get your prescription dispensed and then it’ll be ready to walk in and collect without having to wait. Excellent service!

Someone i know had this to say and i for one say this is a poor excuse for thieving off their customers as it gets considering cash💲is legal tender 😡

Went into Kents chemist... went to pay...

Till says card only .. I said I don't have a card, I ranted that I need the meds for my son... in the end they took my cash.. but couldn't give me any change!!! Unbelievable ....

Appalling service yet again. First was told my record didn't exist; then was told my prescription had been returned; person dealing with my prescription then nearly shouted the name of my medication allowing the near full shop to hear! Along with several people in shop, waited nearly 20 mins for my prescription. When I enquired whether anyone was dealing with my request, I was greeted by a surly teenager telling me they were busy and I would just need to wait. The attitude from the young lady who served me was simply appalling. All the time we were all waiting we could hear giggling in the area where the prescriptions were being made up. When I did eventually get to pay for my prescription the surly teenager simply walked away from the till leaving me to reach under the glass and retrieve my prescription several feet away. Suggest this pharmacy gets back to having some experienced people in store and also gives the teenagers a lesson in customer service.
