Had very mixed results from the surgery, saw Dr Penny today who was wonderful , possibly the most thorough ,sincere appointment I have had with any Dr in all my many years, unfortunately I equally had a particularly poor experience a few weeks back with a very young locum who was the complete opposite.
I'd live to think I'd be seen Dr Penny every time, my sincere thanks to him.

WOW…. I was met by aggression and hostility from the receptionist when simply trying to make an appointment. I had to call her out on her behaviour which was absolutely shocking, the likes I have never seen! Either she was having a breakdown, if so I hope she gets the help she needs , or, that’s just her personality, if so she needs to find a job where she doesn’t come into contact with people. Either way I hope she manages to resolve her issues.

I cannot fault the service and help my husband and I have had from this Practice over the 17 years we have lived here. Over the last 7 months my husband has had some very serious health issues and everyone has been wonderful. All the staff at have been sympathetic and helpful to both of us and I cannot thank them enough.

I visited the surgery yesterday on behalf of my brother who has a terminal illness and has recently registered as a temporary patient. I would just like to say how impressed I am with how I was treated by the receptionist and the doctor that I saw, on behalf of my brother. My family and I recently moved to the area and registered with this surgery. As a complicated patient I need a doctor who will work with me. Sadly this is not what happened. I have been advised that I can not be referred to the necessary services and should not have moved. I will need to register with another doctor's as I need to see a specialist. This is a difficult task which is exhausting.
