I am wondering with all the talk to help suffering people with assisting in dying, is there a form we can complete and sign requesting this option. It could be renewed on line by the individials that have second thoughts.

Something could happen, for example a car accident, harm inflicted by another person which may cause near end of life consequences.

While we have the capacity we should have the option.

Online booking system isn't the best. I can only book telephone consultation or see a doctor if I need a physio... All over appointments get cancelled, consequently it takes even longer to see a doctor

Superb service. As a visitor to area i got a temporary registration and to see a doctor face to face within 3 hours. Very helpful receptionist. Just tried to get an appointment at my local surgery, first available appointment 3 weeks time then only by telephone. What a difference, well done all at Southam surgery.

I very rarely use the surgery for myself but have needed to over the last week. Extreme politeness from receptionists. No issues with a call back or appointment. To see a doctor. All in all exceptional service wen you are quite worried. I work in the medical profession myself and it is strange being on the receiving end instead.put at ease immediately.xx.

Lovely helpful staff, great doctors and nurses and care. I have always managed to get an appointment the same day, also can pre-book appointments on the app phone and face to face and had great experience with the e-consult service for non urgent queries!

I highly recommend this GP practice. The receptionists, Drs and nurses have always been really lovely and helpful. I don’t usually frequent the surgery but am having various tests for a particular issue currently and everyone has been so kind and sensitive. When you are feeling emotional/unwell, kindness and feeling listened to make such a huge difference. Thank you to all the staff at the practice!

Had a phone consultation with one of the doctors, she rang at the appointed time so no issues there. The Dr felt she needed to see me, and I got a face to face within 2 hours. The Dr spent 20-30 mins with me, a very thorough examination, lots of information, all my questions answered. I cant fault the service in any way whatsoever, excellent. I have had private medical care that wouldn't compare favourably with what the surgery offers.
