I had the best service possible my surgeon mark Nowell explained everything to me clearly and did a fantastic job I have had 2 previous operations by him at the nufffield and on every occasion I can not fault him or the service
The rest of the staff that looked after me were also superb I did give Lucy a card and couple of boxes of chocolates for them all
Compared to gloucester I would say it’s a million times better I hope I never need it again but if I do it’s whee I’d like to end up!!
Also had a great view from my room and bed!! 🙂

My husband was admitted in the burns unit (gate 33 a). He received the best of care. From consultants, nurses, dieticians, physios to porters, cleaners, etc… he was treated with respect, empathy and professionalism. As a result he was soon on the mend. We have nothing but praise for this hospital which is very welcoming and has excellent facilities.

Exceptional care and modern facilities. Doctors, Surgeons, HCA’s were all great. One bad thing was I waited 25 mins to be seen to after pressing the button for help in bed. But other than that it really was the best hospital experience I have ever had.

Had surgery in this hospital on Monday and from the minute they took on my case to being discharged today was amazing. I struggle with anxiety and nerves and every doctor/nurse/surgeon/health care assistant any staff member helped me feel at ease.
I struggle with bad sleep walking and this was my biggest worry whilst recovering and the staff all handled it amazingly and made me feel safe.
So happy that it was Bristol dealing with my care!

I had surgery here today was the first time visiting the hospital and was very clean. I could smell it was nice and clean as soon as walking in, all of the staff were extremely nice and gave me great quality care, they explained everything to me about my procedure in great detail and was closely monitored in recovery. The surgeon Professor Hashim was very nice and explained to me in great detail how my procedure went. I felt in very safe hands today with all staff and was a very pleasant experience for me.

I've brought a friend for treatment and I need proper food. Be aware that there is no restaurant on site only CostaFortune and a shop selling sandwiches, crisps and chocolate. That is NOT promoting healthy eating. I don't eat crabs and right now I am feeling extremely wobbly. Beautiful hospital but no good enough. Heaven knows how the staff eat, it would be a deal breaker for me to work here. I guess it's better for the NHS to promote unhealthy eating to keep the steady stream of patients coming in.

What an amazing place! Upon leaving the car park, you enter the hospital into a huge atrium full of light and calmness. The construction of the building is like that of a posh hotel. Several patients' assistants rushed forward to help us to give directions and locate a wheelchair: they couldn't do enough to help us upon arrival and when we were leaving. There is a coffee and a sandwich outlet. It is beautifully clean and the department we visited was efficiently run.

Had an appointment for an X Ray for 9am. Got there early and they got straight in. The building is amazing. Clean and spacious. The staff were lovely and caring. Parking was plentiful and reasonable prices. Big thank you to the hospital
