I cannot overstate how pleased I am with the care I received at The Spire St. Anthony’s Hospital. I have just undergone heart bypass surgery and all the staff were professional, attentive, friendly and nothing was too much trouble and the cleanliness was excellent. Appreciation to Camille & Edith on St. George’s Ward, but I could honestly mention everyone including the ‘back room’ staff. Thank you so much.

Reception staff so helpful, welcoming, friendly and professional. Such a shame that this personal and excellent contact is now marred by having to book in via an iPad and a new IT system that seems inadequate to helping either staff or patient who always but always prefer being greeted and booked in via personal contact.

I had to visit the outpatient department twice a week for almost 3 months and was treated extremely well and welcomed as a valuable customer. In particular senior nurse Jane looked after me very well and on many occasions trated the affected area and rebandaged it. The other nurses also treated me well. It was not just the medical staff but those at the desk who signed me in who impressed, remembering who I was and made me feel welcome.

Overall a top rating. I had two full knees this year. All medical staff where highly professional. Absolutely no complaints and a special call out to the physios, Amey and Rachael Johnson for their determination to get a grumpy old man onto sticks within a day. My one real complaint was their introduction of tablet sign in at reception. It is one of the worst user interfaces I've ever seen, illegible and incoherent. They insist you type in all your card detail -that's 16 numbers, and a CCV and expiry date. Someone tell the idiots that this data is on a chip on the card. Read it as everybody else does.

Amazing experience, exceptional surgeon (thanks be to Mr Philip Mitchell for making me roadworthy again - a surgeon second to none!) backed up by a pool of incredibly busy yet talented nursing staff (thanks be to Nurse Jane for your exceptional follow up wound treatment, advice and thorough investigative treatment, Paige and Dennis on the ward and all the super support staff).
The physiotherapists were also outstanding and thorough and a special thanks to Angie Mitchell, Ben and the hydro-pool physio’s.

I was a patient at St Anthony's last week. I had a vaginally hysterectomy with anterior and posterior colporrhaphy. I cannot fault the care I had. In particular my nurses... Linda and Edith are complete angels. Both couldn't do enough to make me feel comfortable before and after my surgery. The lovely ladies that bought my food too were so kind and friendly. Everyone went above and beyond and I felt very well looked after and cared for. A wonderful experience even though I was having surgery! An amazing team of people and a great hospital. Thank you

I was looked after wonderfully when I came to St Anthony's for my cheilectomy surgery 2 weeks ago, under Mr Kunasingham. Dennis and Leenah were kind and supportive on the ward. Debra, Maria and Alison were amazing and kept me smiling for my anaesthetic and lovely Miguel and Daisy in recovery. Mr Kunasingham always kind and friendly. Thank you all so much for making it so easy and going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.
