Bluebird carers have helped me as I returned to independent living back home on crutches following a severe accident, surgery and rehab. This was mainly for safety reasons around showering where they were encouraging my independence. They were kind, reliable, helpful with odd jobs and good company over an important few months. I highly recommend this business. The ambience here is always inviting and comfortable. Their staff is not only friendly but highly skilled and the services offered are highly outstanding. Training opportunities are always available to keep staff equipped and updated regularly. With their Proffessionalism and friendly customer service, the Register Manager and the office staff are always ready to listen and support both customers and staff at all times. Lovely place to be 😊.

A great team that work well together from my perspective as the son of one of their clients who gets to see a lot of what is going on, not just the care in the house but also in the management. As ever the dynamic between the person being cared for and the carer is not always perfect but we have been lucky to find our 'best fit' who leads the care and in fairness all the other carers have been excellent with what I would say is a demanding client (plus his wife, my stepmother). The amount of patience and professionalism shown by the team is up there! Kudos to the management team as well and this applies to the Live In team as well as the Home Care team. Thank you to all of you for all your work helping us keep my father in his home.

Andover and Stockbridge Bluebird Care volunteered to help at our Abbotts Ann Fete on Saturday 7th September. All staff were fantastic and helped at our event in a courteous and friendly way. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team. We really enjoyed working with them at our event at which we raised funds to support our village community organisations. Bluebird Care supported my elderly mother for several months last year and we found them to be excellent. They would help with anything from bathing and cleaning to shopping and taking Mum for a walk. When she needed extra help at short notice, this was no problem and I liked the fact I could always speak to a person and not a machine.

Bluebird Care started supporting My Son who is 21 now and has complex needs last September 2020. My Son needs quite alot of support and they have supported their staff to provide this. The staff are absolutely incredible and never let us down. They make sure without any issues that my Son enjoys his day. I cannot thank Bluebird Care enough , especially Amie in the office who is always working so hard to work the schedules out and is so lovely to talk to and all the Care workers who I know work hard and give 110% in what they do. We are truly grateful x
