I can't recommend Tara at Wild Swimming Woman enough. She is so warm and authentic and the swimming experiences I've had have been uplifting, welcoming, positive and calming. There're all in really beautiful places, full of natural sounds and colours.
Tara seems to attract so many lovely people who are happy to chat, listen and I've come away feeling so good. Tara has inspired me to go wild swimming whenever I can and I will go on many more adventures because of, and with her. Thank you, Tara!

Tuesday 4th June I was in my Element, literally under guidance and supervision of Tara ~ Tara held space which allowed me to make my own choices of how I wanted to be in the water. Being totally in nature for the first time swimming in a river was beyond amazing ~ having just being given the okay by my GP following a heart attack 3 years ago. Me being me would have stayed in longer because of the enjoyment however, Tara explained 15 minutes was enough for the first session and helping me understand what is going on with my body temperature. I highly recommend Tara Wild Swimming Woman even if you are experienced at swimming.

After looking for something more meaningful to do with my friends, I came across Tara’s social media and instantly knew I wanted to experience her passion for walks and wild swimming. And I’m so glad we did! Tara is fun, kind, easy-going (and she makes AMAZING cake!) and took us on a wonderful little adventure! I have never felt so naturally relaxed before! We all really enjoyed it and have quite a group of other women who want to join us for our next one - which I will be booking with Tara again ?

What a beautiful way to spend a sunny Sunday morning! Tara and the lovely ladies on our Walk and Wild Swim were an absolute pleasure to spend time with, chatting walking and swimming in what for me was a perfect combination. And such a beautiful place…and cake!

The most amazing introduction to wild water swimming. Tara took myself and a group of friends on our first wild swim, we were apprehensive but didn’t need to be with Tara there to guide us through the process. She led us on a beautiful walk through bradford on Avon and out to our river swim location, we had a dip, much longer than I thought I’d last, then warmed up with some tea and homemade cake Tara had brought along for us. A truly lovely morning and I can’t wait to go again, highly recommend for anyone thinking about giving wild swimming a try!

I had a 1 - 1 session with Tara as an introduction to cold water swimming. She introduced me to a magical place at Farleigh Hungerford. I found Tara to be a warm friendly and knowledgeable person. The whole experience was wonderful and I intend to book further sessions with her. Highly recommended and great value for the price.
