Turn over of staff in the last 2 years are applauding. Communication is none existent along with any training for the made up roles they put out.

If you face doesn’t fit or you’re not a nodding dog it’s not the job for you. the CEO to senior management demand respect but won’t give an ounce of it themselves. They are a disgustingly run and an extremely unprofessional business.

All complaints from anyone are basically ignored and brushed under the carpet. Staff are disrespected and made to feel threatened of being sacked.

I luckily walked after not just taking it. but a word of warning to anyone thinking it’s a good opportunity. It’s not and I can prove it.

11 staff in the time they have been going! Some turn over of tax payers money and practice funding.

Just want to add to this! Several more have gone since me! All put in complaints about the toxic CEO to all directors and all ex employee's totally ignored! Place is more toxic than Chernobyl….
