Hampton is a prime example of how a Doctors surgery should be run. From Reception staff to the Senior Doctors the service is excellent. With the newly qualified Doctors occasionally they may misjudge something, however I always find them extremely thorough and think outside the box, and knowing they have the experience and expertise of senior Doctors like, Dr Al Shammary, who is excellent, means we are always in safe hands.
I have nothing but praise for all of the staff, in the 12 years I have been with Hampton not once have I ever had an issue, and Kirsty is just a ray of sunshine, she instantly makes me feel better! (That might just be the vitamin injection thought) Go Hampton!!

Really good at fast service only problem is all the doctors naw are all training and don't have a clue any more use to be a great surgery naw it's just a training shop

I have been with this surgery for 45 years and have had excellent service. The receptionists are always friendly and extremely helpful and the doctors are caring and give excellent care. I have never felt rushed when talking to one. From what I hear about other surgeries, we are very luck to have Hampton Surgery.

We are very lucky in Hampton to have access to excellent GP healthcare, regrettably not readily available to so many people at present.

The telephone is always answered and same day appointments are easy to obtain by calling early in the day. The doctors are very capable and the more junior doctors seek advice from their seniors if in any doubt.

Access to the GP healthcare at Hampton Surgery is something many would envy.
