They are amazing. Despite the challenges the NHS faces—such as underfunding and high demand—they have always done their best to support our needs. Yes, it can be hard to book appointments due to the high demand, but from my children’s care to my own, I have nothing but positive things to say. Thank you.

I am always impressed with the surgery .
Reception staff on the phone and face to face are always warm, caring and friendly .
This morning I sent an online request for an appointment at 8.30 . This was reviewed immediately and I was contacted at 8.35 to coming in to see the GP.
The GP was very thorough and caring and did not rush the appointment .
Couldn’t ask for more from them !

Absolutely disgraceful practice. Cannot get an appointment for my 3 yr old who is in constant discomfort and potentially has an obstruction. On top of this I have had to deal with an extremely surly receptionist who just doesn’t care. I had to fight tooth and nail when she was 4 weeks old to get her seen and then when we did, the doctor missed the fact she had bronchiolitis (I ended up googling her symptoms myself when I got home) and that evening her breathing was so bad she ended up on tubes, unable to feed in hospital for almost a week. I cannot believe babies and toddlers aren’t being prioritised and you have to fight so hard for an appointment. I don’t even bother trying to get one for myself these days. Absolutely disgusted. No wonder so many are ending up in A&E and so many of us are getting diagnosed for more serious illnesses too late. This surgery only priorities the elderly. Totally appalled.

An incredibly useful conversation with Dr Sekhon. She called very soon after I’d filled in and sent the triage form. Her response was just what I needed and I was able to go and collect the prescription she sent to the pharmacist, all within a few hours. Brilliant and most appreciated.

Concerned about the ongoing issues with repeat prescriptions. Of the last four repeat prescription requests, I have visited the pharmacy after the time window stated on the practice website to find that twice the prescription has not been sent at all and once the prescription is only partially sent (the missing item was an inhaler, so fairly serious). On those three occasions I had to visit the practice in person - all three times I was spoken to extremely quietly, nearing a whisper, and after several attempts I heard, "it hasn't been done" (no apology) - then I had to wait an extra day on all three occasions as they were not able to send the prescriptions that day to the pharmacy. Seven trips to the pharmacy and three visits to the practice for 4 repeat prescriptions with 3 children under 6 years old in tow. Please also note that sometimes you get an automated message from the practice about the prescription, but most of the time not / unfortunately you never get a message to say the prescription is ready which is what I believe everyone would want to know. It's good to know that practice is "working on issuing the prescription" but it would be more helpful to know that it is ready to collect. I have complained to the practice about an issue in the past and I was sent a letter threatening to discharge me as a patient from the practice - that was in relation to me having to send photographic evidence of me having a chest infection with the website not allowing me to submit the request without it, I sent a picture of myself with an arrow pointing to my lungs, I found the letter I received from the practice manager to be totally unacceptable in the circumstances.

Since the introduction of total triage, I have found the system amazing. I wrote in online regarding my problem and within 3 minutes I was given an appointment to see a doctor as well as a link to book a blood test. I have received very good feedback about the surgery and the system from family and friends who are registered here. Thank you Hampton hill medical centre for your wonderful service.

At my "Our Future Health" measurement session I was advised that I had a possible heart arrhythmia, and should contact my GP within 24 hours. I mailed the surgery to report this and within 30 minutes I was given an appointment the following day for an ECG followed shortly by a face to face appointment with a GP. Fortunately no irregularity was found, but i cannot fault the surgery for the promptness of their response and the excellence of their "treatment".

I recently moved and so HHMC is a new centre for me and I find myself constantly comparing it with York practice in Twickenham where I was for 20 years.

It comes out well. The receptionist is friendly and surprisingly knowledgeable - she has answered some complex telephone queries without the need to transfer me. The waiting area is calm, relaxed and comfortable and I was called in within 5 minutes of every appointment time I have had. The doctors and nurses were very approachable, professional, knew what they were doing and the number of updates on the NHS app indicates that they are proactive in doing things in the background and not just when you are in the surgery. Prescriptions get signed promptly and the transition from my previous surgery was seamless.
