I have been at the clinic today for an appointment and everything is amazing.
Starting with a call from the doctor to settle the time to sms remainders,nice and polite lady at the reception.
Quick to check in,and I have been seen in the exact minute of the appointment.
The doctor Mr.Simion super professional and gentle,the type of person that inspires trust and confidence.

The dental spa is head and shoulders above any dental practice I have ever attended.
Kalliopi and her team are phenomenal. They are patient-focused professionals, whilst friendly, courteous and interested in building good relationships with their patients. Kalliopi takes time to explain her findings, explains why she feels her course of planned treatment is necessary; and takes time to align you to what will be involved. I have had several complex and lengthy treatments and wouldnt go anywhere else. Treatment is always gentle, completely pain free and never rushed. Kalliopi is the consumate professional and I would recommend her, the nursing staff (Elliot and Laura on todays visit), and the practice wholeheartedly.

I had an appointment for a tooth extraction with Mr Simpson Moore and on completion offered an appointment for that morning.
Despite having a full day I only had to wait 20 minutes or so before being anethytised. And a difficult extraction completed expertly.
I wish to thank Mr Moore and all the staff at the spa for putting me at ease and would highly recommend using the Dental spa services, especially if you are at all apprehensive about going to the dentist.
