I highly recommend Dr Oliver Denton and Daleswood Health to everyone. This was my second appointment today with Dr Denton and he was amazing. I have a chronic condition for which i had no success at the likes of Spire Hospital and BUPA (both of whom invoice and discharge you with no improvement).

Dr Denton listens, takes the time to fully understand your presenting symptoms and thinks outside of the box to help you achieve the correct diagnosis and subsequent treatment. I cannot thank Dr Denton and his team enough, they have been fabulous! Added bonus is he is cute too which never harmed anyone lol 😊

The practise is clean and impeccably maintained with a great aesthetic appeal. The staff are all wonderful and Mary the receptionist is most friendly and kind. I fully intend to return as needed, highly recommend to everyone 👍🏻

I would highly recommend this private GP practice. I recently had a pilar cyst removed by Dr Denton and the procedure was quick and painless. Very reasonably priced too. The lovely receptionist even dropped me off at the nearest train station as I couldn't get a signal to order an Uber. Thank you.

I would highly recommend Daleswood to anyone for their health needs. I received exceptional care and advice from Dr Denton, he took the time to answer any questions I had and immediately put me at ease for my minor surgery procedure. The reception staff are very welcoming and accommodating and answered my email enquiries promptly. The health centre is in a lovely location, easy to park and is clean and inviting without the overly clinical feel of a regular GP surgery. I will definitely be returning, and recommending to friends and family!

I canceled by email, phone message, and through their website 2-3 days before the appointment for my husband. They still charged my credit card. When I emailed and asked them to please reverse the charge, they did not respond.
Update, they kindly issued the refund.

My husband and I visited Gayle at Daleswood Health Centre for nutrition advice in August last year following a serious stroke in July. Alister was told by all the medics that he needed to lose weight.

He had tried other diets including Lighter Life and did manage to lose a significant amount of weight but over the following year put it back on.

We found Gayle’s attitude and approach very positive, outlining a simple low carb diet that was easy to follow and fully satisfying and, importantly, the rationale behind it.

Since then he has lost 3 and a half stone (24kg), has never felt hungry and didn’t even put on any weight over Christmas or a recent holiday.

A recent blood test indicated he no longer had diabetes, a fabulous result.

So we both wanted to say a big thankyou to Gayle for all her help and support and for being there for us, certainly going the extra mile, including answering questions when she was on holiday. Gayle was lovely to work with, never preached and always checked in with us, a lovely caring person and a good laugh too.

We only had 2 sessions and have been given life changing support. We feel confident that we can continue to follow this diet which has become second nature now.

We have no hesitation in recommending Gayle.

Having visited today, I can say that it was an all round positive experience including my first communication with the receptionist and Dr Benton. I had a consultation which left me feeling like I had been listened to and received exceptional treatment, which is especially important in times where seeing a local NHS GP is particularly difficult. I can’t recommend Daleswood enough, thank you!
