Receptionist Linda was absolutly unhelpful. I booked a appointment a month in advance over telephone. She said its not possible. I wanted yo book my next appointment. She refused to book this appointment. I asked to speak to her manager Angela and then was advised to go online. I mean l, I did say so many times I have no access to the Internet.

I joined Whaddon Medical since I moved to Bletchley in 2021. The surgery is nice, and most of the people working here Re lovely and caring. I particularly appreciate that people at this surgery are genuinely trying to help. The only flaw I can find with the surgery is the system they have implemented to book an appointment with the doctors. It is clunky and stressful, which is really the only issue with Whaddon Medical. If I had to give them a piece of advice, apart from changing the booking procedure, would perhaps be to change the recording messages when waiting in a call queue, as it is really annoying!

I was running a few minutes late so I rang the Surgery to apologise. I was told it was ok to arrive a few minutes late. I arrived 5 minutes late, apologised again but was told I had missed my appointment and been marked as “DNA - did not attend” a black mark against my name! I requested to speak with the Practice Manager and was told to wait. After waiting an hour I asked when I would see the Manager, only to be advised the Manager was not yet aware that I was waiting - disgraceful service!

If I could get an appointment I would be able to provide a review but I simply can't. If you get on line at 8am you can put in a request for an appointment, i got a message back saying ring the surgery and the automated messaging takes you round in circles and doesn't allow you to make an appointment or speak to anyone. So in summary, not even close to being fit for purpose.

It took around 3 weeks to get an appointment to get booked in. On the day of the appointment I received a text that the appointment was cancelled and I should call up and rebook. I was in a queue for over an hour and once I got to the front the call was hung up on me. I then had to come into the practice to rebook. I told the receptionist what happened and there wasn’t even as much as an apology. Awful service

Yet again wrong information provided by receptionist at whaddon health centre. Requested antibiotics for uti to be told Boots will be able to provide and yes they can if you fit the criteria e.g. under 65 and no blood in urine completely wasted my time especially when in extreme pain. Went back to doctors and told to go to urgent care what a waste of national health resources. Fortunately had the resources to go private checked and persecution in hand 1 hour later.

I have been with this practice for 40 years, and I know none of the doctors.
I am in palliative care, and housebound.
I could not get a home visit and had to go to the surgery where a doctor wanted to get me an ambulance. It was not needed, just pure ignorance of my condition. Awful surgery.
