A small / medium sized store with a pharmacy at the back.
Not the best laid out, and it always feels cramped inside.
The Isles are narrow and you end up pushing past people..
The queues at the till are ridiculous, and if you don't want to buy anything you have to push past the massive queue.
There's not an easy exit without barging!!
A bigger premises is needed !!

Great little shop really. Usually I order online for C&C as stock goes fast in the shop but today I found all I wanted there, bonus.
Staff usually helpful during office hours, but outside of those times they act like you are in the way. I guess they are expected to both run and restock the whole shop at the same time. Pharmacy in the back of store is very good.

Usually I enjoy going into this particular Superdrug and feel comfortable, but this time (30/07/22) I was barged into by a staff member with reddish/orange short hair and glasses. I thought perhaps they’d barged into me as something important was occurring that they had to get to, but alas it was to stand next to another member of staff and do, well, nothing.

It’s a real shame considering I’ve always found it an easy and comfortable experience in this store.

12 days waiting for a prescription still not done!
Then when done got it wrong .
Then got told by the manager they have staffing problems as an excuse ? Well as a senior manager myself then being a manager includes cross training staff , employment of staff, Rota cover , and staff / volume control/ as per previous years volume! So this has only highlighted that this person should not be manager as your complaining about jobs that are your responsibility? Extremely poor leadership!

I went to this store today to have a blood test, that I booked via a third party. The lady who took my sample was amazing, friendly and chatty. I was a bit apprehensive because I didn't realise they offered this service and she totally put me at ease. I would definitely recommend the medical services they offer to my friends and family. The lady who took the bloods is a great asset to your store. Thank you.

Today I was wrongly accused of stealing.
The gates made no noise when they left the store. Gabriel's employee with a security guard stopped me outside the store, I will add that they were very rude. they made me show my shopping bags and receipts. the son watched the whole situation. when it turned out they were wrong I didn't hear the word sorry from your employee. I would also like to mention here that your employees are so rude and need proper training. I am happy to offer employees free customer service training.

After waiting in a busy aisle with no social distancing for 20 minutes for the pharmacist we left. The pharmacist was at that point still involved in a conversation with the customer who had abandoned her 3 toddlers in an adjacent aisle.
This poor customer service we experienced today is not normal at this branch and sorely disappointed us because up until now we have received reasonable service.
Sadly we will not be returning to Superdrug Milton Keynes.

Went in for first time since way b4 first lockdown and I'm impressed by the happy helpful staff, the wide Isle and the products are good and reasonably priced. Will visit again soon. Masks are required but you don't mind that.
