The practice has twice removed medication from repeat leaving me unable to order medication, including once being inhaler for asthma. You do not find out until you try to order, in which case they tell you to make an appointment, but have no appointments. Leaving you without medication. Unacceptable.

When registering at a new doctors it can be disconcerting to read negative reviews.
Despite this I decided to visit the practice to see the building, and the reception I would recieve when enquiring about registering with them.
I was pleased to see the surgery was light, airy and clean. The receptionists were professional, knowledgable, efficient, industrious and friendly.
After meeting and talking to them I was happy to join the practice.
It is such a convenient practice to go to because as a gentleman of a certain age they screen me for diabetes and I can attend there for all diabetic health checks such as eyes and feet.
I went this morning for a health check and for bloods to be taken. I was seen by Danielle, a practice nurse and was once again very impressed, as I was by the young lady on reception also.
This visit spurred me on to write this honest review which will hopefully allay other people's fears.

Excellent doctors, the staff have always been really helpful and friendly and compared to my last doctor's, it's a lot easier to get an appointment

I have now been recommended TWICE by my doctor to have my VETERINARIAN perform minor surgery on myself, including removal of my contraceptive implant and draining of my ganglian cyst. Joke or not I am getting very annoyed at the lack of availability at this practice and their willingness to provide proper care.
The one stay so for Carly who takes my bloods and always makes the experience as nice as possible.

I’ve recently been in communication with Abraham the Advanced Practioner regarding blood pressure issues. He was really understanding and took time and care in talking me through the issue and the steps needed to resolve it. On both occasions the calls were made earlier than the arranged time. I would recommend him when dealing with any further issues. Very professional and friendly.

I really don't know what people are complaining about. Yes there are automated lines but tell me a surgery that hasn't.
I waited on the phone, I got through, I got a call from my GP and I got an appointment. Within a week I was being seen by a consultant. I really don't think anyone can complain about that great service.
The reception team were lovely, polite, professional and helpful.
The GP was extremely thorough, she too was lovely and she listened to me. I cannot give one negative about the practice
Communal areas were clean, hand sanitizer was available for all. The whole medical team were wearing masks.
It my opinion it was a pleasurable experience.
Have a little more patience, call when you have time to sit and wait not 5 minutes before you need to be somewhere else.
These people are not miracle workers but they will help you to the best of their ability. How do you think they feel when they get all these negative comments. It is not there fault that the NHS is struggling so much.

I would highly recommend this practice.

This place is awful, never known a DRs as bad as this. Our reception staff are trained care navigators so that means they want every detail of your illness / injury but they have no way of helping you so your just repeating your self when you actually speak to a trained clinician. I think they must have one or two people answering calls as it’s ridiculous to get through. Affinity care cannot cope with the volume of patients, they have decided to have multiple practises under their name to make money but not put the infrastructure in place to provide the service they are supposed to.
