Shout out to Dr Freeman. If there was ever a woman born to be a doctor, it’s this one. My kids think she is fantastic, she keeps them calm and is extremely caring, thorough and supportive.

Best doctors practice I've been to. The receptionists are lovely, the nurses and midwives are great and the doctors are just brilliant. I've never been to a doctor's where it's so simple to get an appointment and when you are seen, even though I'm sure they're extremely busy, they really listen to you and they are so thorough with explanations and a plan going forward. I feel like myself and my family are in very safe hands here.

Receptionist was so rude making me fill in forms multiple times covering her ears because my child was crying as I was trying to talk to her and telling me she didn’t have time for me never had a person make me fill so uncomfortable and out of place just for a simple appointment. Unsure of her name but middle aged with glasses brown hair

The Pharmacy staff are excellent. The reception staff however are not. They are charmless, unsmiling and often off hand. Should you require an appointment they make you go into great detail about why you need an appointment, which has to be talked about in front of anyone who is waiting in the surgery. The lack of privacy is made worse by having to raise your voice to be heard over the plastic screens. If GP surgeries had to compete with others for their custom, the reception staff would be made to give a more patient friendly service. Judging by the comments on these reviews, there are many other patients you feel the same about the reception staff as I do.

The doctors however provided an excellent service during lock down and continue to do so.

Honestly can say it’s the best doctors practice our family have ever been attached to . They correctly diagnosed our Autistic Son with a Thyroid condition , which they left no stone unturned to discover and the doctor phoned to speak to my Son and reassure him that it was something that could be handled by him . Also I’ve never been turned down for an appointment when I needed one ( even if it’s a little ahead occasionally) , and the receptionists are also caring individuals. I definitely consider myself lucky to have a great practice like this on my doorstep!
