Visited here couple of weeks ago for blood tests was told by my own surgery its walk in 7-11 was in and out in 10 mins, however had to go again this morning was again told by my own surgery 7-11 drop in for bloods! Arrived there 8.40 to were I went last time only to find it all locked up! There was an elderley gent who had been there since 8am waiting, we walked round to the front to discover this was now where you get your bloods done felt so sorry for this gent, could a note have not been put up to explain things? Also the time change too? I was in the queue for 45 mins! .

Been 3 times in the last 2 days, at various times. Queuing for ages first day in the open air and in the cold. Queue never moved in 25 minutes. Gave up. Went back today at 7.50 am, doors open at 8. The queue was longer than yesterday. Didn't wait. Just been again at 9.30, queue even worse. Still not had it done. This is not a dig at the hardworking NHS staff, but this level of service is unacceptable. This centre now caters for every surgery in Widnes, so it's no wonder it's swamped. Wouldn't be so bad if you could wait inside socially distanced, but to have people waiting outside in all weathers is disgraceful. Not happy.

Got there at 10.00 to see a line of elderly stood out on the rain and told they've been waiting for an hour and they've ran out of tickets. Had to get a taxi to st helens so I offered the old gents a ride and back. Ridiculous to leave them standing in the rain for an hour.
