From my very first visit - meeting the practice manager, going through my initial dental review, and right through to treatment - I can say, without a doubt, that the experience has been second to none.

The onboarding process for new patients, combined with the professionalism, and expertise at every stage, has been outstanding.

Beyond that, every staff member I met along the way was genuinely caring, kind, and attentive - a refreshing change from the dental service I experienced in Central MK over the past two years.

The dentists and technicials are so friendly and welcoming. Place looks like a bomb-site just now because of all the renovations, but they have done everything to make us feel comfortable.
Would have been 5* but I don't understand why the first appointment of the day starts 15 minutes late. No wonder they're always running behind 😀

Been with practice for 6-7 years. Incredible service, been with brilliant dentist Clare and now with wonderful Rakhee . It feels like family! All team are super friendly and understanding! Always welcomed! Have a great team of general dentists, specialists and hygienists. Friendly and warm atmosphere! Thank you for taking such good care of me and my family!

Staff were friendly and helpful despite having to work in something of a building site after some decorating work had run over.
I have been attending this practice for over 25 years and have seen many changes. It feels quite 'corporate' now and is not quite as welcoming and personal a practice as it once was, but I guess that is a sign of the times (and my age!). I am still happy to attend this practice would not consider changing even though I do have to travel to attend.

Just been for my first Consultation to review what treatment I will need! Very outstanding and very professional and made me feel welcome.
Was first seen by Kayleigh for a scan, very professional, her customer care was outstanding and made me feel welcome.
Then was seen by the dentist, dr Kar Heung Ho, he was amazing and made me feel at easy, very very professional and easy to talk too. Glad I have him looking after me. Thank you for a good first experience. 10/10

I had a very good experience at the practice today, however they are clearly having some building/renovation work and that spoilt the experience. There was insufficient seating in the waiting area and no heating. I was forced to stand in the freezing cold next to another family with poor hygiene for what felt like an age.
There was no signage to explain what was occurring and at 8.00am no building activity happening. Once in the room with the dentist things were fine but then i had to stand again whilst awaiting the hygienist and on a very cold day it was bitter.
