Amazing experience, way better than I thought it was going to be. Was quicker than I thought, was listening to radio 1 whilst looking at a screen as the scan was going on. Not very loud at all, really comfy. There is no need to worry if you have booked a scan in here, really relaxing experience. The area as well feels clean and just overall amazing!

Booking was easy and the information giving was really helpful. It was quite tricky to find the entrance to the parking, as there's a sign saying 'Morrisons Delivery only' on one side and a 'no entry' sign on the other. I didn't realise the toilets were in the waiting room or I would have gone before going in, I did get a chance to go in before my scan, though. The assistant was lovely and very helpful. The private room was a little clinical, there was a bench and some chairs but it wasn't very comfortable. There are USB plugs, which was helpful as I'd forgotten to charge my phone.

The scan itself was fine, though at one point the radiographer said something including the word 'anomaly' but I didn't quite understand and I forgot to ask by the end. After my scan, I wasn't really sure if there was something more I was meant to do, as the assistant didn't reappear and wasn't on the desk when I left. I also randomly got another appointment confirmation email after leaving.

Everything went well, the place is very nice and modern, staff was friendly and professional. Went for a knee MRI. I was seen before the scheduled time, so no waiting time at all. Report came via email 3 business days after, easy to access. A 100% positive experience, I totally recommend this business.

Very helpful and informative staff, throughout the process of booking and attending the scan. Good availability of scan appointments. The MRI was so much better than any I have experienced before because it included a video as well as relaxing music. I was able to watch dolphins and turtles swimming, which really helped take away the claustrophobic feel of the tube, and make the time go quicker. The staff were all extremely professional and friendly.

Had a great experience with my full body CT scan. The staff were lovely and I was able to get the scan done at a short notice. The following report was thorough and very useful. Special shout out to Veronica for the great work she did taking my blood and Mahmoud who made the scanning experienced quite relaxed and stress free. Highly recommend!

I took my elderly mother for a scan here and the staff were excellent, very friendly and professional. Everything was explained well, with no hidden additional costs - the clinic is convenient to get to and very modern and clean. We felt like we were the only ones there as we were given our own waiting room. I would highly recommend.

Great place. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I was booked in for an ultra sound, but upon speaking to the doctor he advised which test would be best for the conditions being diagnosed. They managed to fit me in straight away. Booking online was really easy.

I was able to book a next-day appointment very easily online for an MRI scan. A pre scan consultation was carried out to take a more detailed medical history and the scan procedure was explained. I had my own room to change and a locker to leave my belongings in. The scan of my cervical spine took 15 minutes and I had a very comfortable experience overall even though I had been very anxious prior to the appointment!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vital Scan, the service is excellent value for money.
