Very good practice been with this surgery since was born. Also Zoe did my blood test straight away usually hospitals can't find my vein . Very nice doctors ( doctor Aziz) takes his time to make sure I'm well always .doesnt rush when i see him and does his best to makesure im better .receptionist also very polite friendly. 5/5

Despite other people negative reviews for this surgery, I would like to say that I had and still have a very good service here. Nila Faustorilla is always kind and helpful every time I get in contact with the surgery and she picks up the phone! She always tries to accommodate our requests and it can happen, sometimes, we can’t find an available appointment, but this really depends on the time of the year, I guess! Another young woman, apologies for not remembering her name, she is also ever so nice! I recently got seen by a nice gentleman, Dr Robert, he is a senior clinician, who treated me with kindness and professionalism. I recommend this surgery and praise them for all their help.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Also the nurse that was doing my blood test was amazing. I always have trouble with blood samples but this time it took less than 10 seconds instead of the usual 10 minutes and many attempts.

Useless in all aspects!!. I asked for an examination and some tests because of my health concerns, but the GP refused to arrange any tests. The way the GP spoke to me on the phone was also very rude, unprofessional and dismissive, which made me feel disrespected.

Very bad experience, there’s never any appointments available no matter how early you call! The doctors are extremely rude and careless of your condition. I bought my daughter as she’s been complaining about stomach for the last few days, when finally getting an appointment, the doctor had no sympathy towards her and was eager to get us out as fast as he could! I would give it 0 stars if I could, I had booked in a appointment for 12:00pm and after 30 mins of waiting I was told that I would have to wait another 30/40 mins to get seen, I have been really unwell and in such a bad state over the last few months and that’s how I got treated without any apologies.
If there was a delay they could have called me in advance as I had taken a break from work just for my appointment. Awful management!

This was my family practice for decades, under the Din family who were and still are marvellous. Sadly, in recent years, doctors like AFRAH AL-MALIKI have made the practice unpleasant to attend and frankly unsafe. Very rude, but more worryingly, extremely negligent. I registered at a different surgery, which reminded how wonderful it can feel to be cared for by your doctor. In sum, avoid Sutton Medical Centre for your own health.

I got a very bad experience . I take an appointment for my daughter 5 years old 2.40 pm . I reach their on 3.00 pm because of my daughter school.But the daughter is declined to view. She has heavly coughing last three to four months I visit two times then also continue the cough .Dr is Aliaa Majeed. Very Very bad experience I never get from a Doctor.
