I was registered with another GP since August which they have no record of me being registered even after showing proof that they confirmed my registered via email. They still couldn’t find me. I got in contact yesterday with Walnut tree the immediately registered me
I told them that it was important to get to see a Doctor and they got me appointment straight away. The staff here are amazing. you can see they really do care about their patience they’re really concerning. Walnut tree is an amazing GP I’m really easy to communicate with them. I’m so happy I got to register with you

Since the practice starting using Engage Consult online instead of morning calls for appointments on the day, the service and availability of service has increased hugely and it is much more effective. All staff have been polite and helpful but there are still issues with backlog for consultants related to NHS underfunding rather than this practice.

Have always received excellent care from the doctors, nurses and paramedics, who have been empathetic and lovely. The appointments system has improved massively since the online Engage Consult service was introduced.

A very useless, unhelpful clinic!!! I am very disappointed. I don’t understand how I called at 8am, I was number 5, got to speak to the receptionist at 8:12am to explain my child’s ailment, I explain what the situation is to the receptionist ( I don’t know why I am explaining the ailment to the receptionist who is NOT medically trained) only to be told they don’t have an appointment for the day!!! How do you not have appointments available at 8:15am in the morning when I was number 5 on the queue Then she tells me to go on the clinic’s engagement page or something or go to the pharmacy? Really? This is very disappointing!! They might as well close down. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Dr Kitchingham was absolutely brilliant in her consultation with me, listened and offered very professional advice in a caring manner, the receptionists and doctors, nurses and all other staff have always been respectful and caring and given the pressure they are under I cannot thank them enough

GPs everywhere get poor reviews, but I have personally received great support here for myself and my child. Been with them since 2019 and they’ve helped us with many issues. Always found the doctors and receptionists polite towards us.

The newish online Engage Consult system is surprisingly good and preferable to calling at 8am. Register an account and you can message doctors or admin team about medical issues or prescriptions etc. They usually reply same day or next day with advice or appointment.

The receptionists have also been helpful in booking same day nurse appointments for my child at the Urgent Care Center's paediatric primary care team. This is a great service which other parents may not know about, you can basically skip the 4 hour waiting time so I recommend asking the receptionists to book it for you.

One of the best GP’s in Milton Keynes for me, the receptionist is lovely and helpful always! The Doctors are responsible, empathetic and respectful!
I cannot complain and I strongly recommend this GP if you want to be treated with dignity and respect! Thank you Walnut Tree Health’s team for everything so far!
