Attended today for the purpose of an ultrasound scan on a suspected tendon tear for peace of mind.

Booking process was prompt with good communication from staff.

Cost wise, I was not put off and it was easy to locate with good parking.

Upon arrival the staff on reception were welcoming. The sonographer took time to give me the reassurance I was after and I would not hesitate to visit again in future, should it be required. Made my health feel like the top priority from start to finish and did not make me simply feel like a statistic, which is really appreciated.

Been coming here for private scans since we was 7 weeks pregnant, currently 19 weeks and have had 4 in total. The last one being our anomaly scan. Always really friendly and talk you through every detail of the scan, doesn’t feel rushed which is great and at the end of every scan you get 2/3 print out copies of photos and also a usb stick which has all the photos on including the whole scan so you can look back on it. Would recommend to anyone if going private to attend this place.

I attended the clinc back in April in the hope to receive the shingles vaccine. I explained via email that although a young woman of 27, I had suffered 4 separate shingles flare ups within 11 years. I wanted to check that I still qualified for the vaccine and was told I was. I paid £50 upfront and attended the clinic, the result of which was the GP thought that because I had had shingles before I was therefore immune (this is not true, the NHS advise over 70's to get vaccinated even if they have had shingles before, as this vaccine should reduce the likelihood and severity of future flare ups). The GP advised she would speak to immunology and get back to me. I left, after paying the remaining £50 for the cost of the consultation, feeling a little deflated but hopeful they would call me back for a vaccine.

After a couple weeks I reached out via email as I heard nothing back from the GP and the reception team advised they would pass my enquiry on and the GP would be in touch. 5-6 weeks later and I still haven't had a response from the GP.

To have been booked in despite them having no intention of giving me the vaccine, and   spending £100 on a private consult, to be told incorrect information and be left with no answers, was just appalling. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone, there's no care for the client, just happy to line their pockets.

No scalpel vasectomy. Absolutely painless, quick and stress free. Seriously, dont wait around for the regular procedure on the NHS, treat yourself to this. Dr Sriram and assistant Becky were both great, easy to chat to amd very calming. Honestly, the most painful bit (if i can even use the word painful) was the scratch of the local anaesthetic needle, like when you have a jab. After that i couldn't even tell it was happening. Walking about fine right afterwards too. Many thanks ?

5 stars is not enough to describe how wonderful of an experience I had at MUMS.
I came to the clinic at 31 weeks pregnant for an ultrasound scan.
I always feel rushed when I have scans at the hospital, however during my scan I was able to share my concerns and have things explained to me in much more detail than I have had before. This put our minds at ease and has honestly helped me be much more relaxed about how baby is developing, their position and pain I had been experiencing.
Dr Rehal was fantastic at addressing all my questions and made it a lovely experience for myself and my husband.
We also got some amazing photos of our little one which other sonographers have not been able to capture before.
Thankyou again to the wonderful team that made our experience so enjoyable!

After reading other reviews, I decided to bring my 7 week old son here to have his tongue tie procedure.
It was a 1.5 hour drive to and from, but was completely worth it. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made a calm environment for my baby, he hardly cried. We weren’t rushed and I felt well informed on what was going to be done at every step of the way.
So far, the procedure has been such an amazing change for my baby, it’s made him a lot more content and feeding easier.
