Rude receptionist on the phone. Should have had some respect for at least a pregnant lady that's asking for her prescription for a couple of days. Already delayed by two days. And still behaving so rudely on the phone that made my partner cry. That's not how you talk to somone who is already stressed out and calling you to make sure that prescription is delivered on time so that baby can stay safe.

Avoid at all costs. God forbid you die because they constantly have been delaying my asthma check up. From March I’ve been asking and they constantly have said cant do it check back later. Constant disappointment. Now it’s December my asthma has aggravated severely. Again they cant do it. God forbid I get an asthma attack and the blame comes to them with it on my record that I’ve been getting in touch for 8 months and each time they could not accommodate!

I've been with this doctors for 42 years. It's had lots of bad reviews from patients but over the last year or so they have really upped their game on improving the service people receive and services they offer. The online booking system is easy to use and much less stressful compared to having to walk-in on the day or ring up. I had 2 appointments last week one straight after the other. I went in for my first appointment and was asked am I having bloods done? I said yes after this appointment with somebody else. They said "Oh you don't have to see somebody else I'll do them whilst you're here" and cancelled my second appointment. I went in on time. The nurse was friendly, helpful and efficient. The receptionist when I arrived was friendly, helpful and chatty.

Honestly worst doctors ive ever come acrossed.
Was scheduled an appointment at 9 and the doctor didn’t turn up so had to wait a hour. The receptionist was giving me racist vibes. When a brown person like me and someone else approached her we didn’t get the same tone as she did with white people. And also I had a training doctor assess me and was giggling mid way through when I was speaking about my health. “Good sign im bleeding through my mouth” yeah well good sign until I loose more blood. Honestly stupid doctors

Just moved to this one as we was with hattersley group practice, this one is brilliant and fantastic with kids.the online appointments are brilliant saves stress and bring on the phone in the mornings. The lady Tracy is lovely very happy with the service you provide

This surgery gets worse. Put my prescription in LAST Wednesday still not signed off by doctor because he's not in. I will be reporting this practice to health service ombudsman asap.Give it to another doctor then... Absolutely brilliant IF YOU DON'T WORK (you can get an appointment with a click of the finger)
Absolutely disgraceful if you work there's never any appointments for working ppl even to discuss your test results(still can't get an appointment if you've been sent a text to make one) utter shambles..I've been with this doctors for over twenty years and it's getting worse by the year.
But the doctors and nurses are wonderful if you can ever get in to see them. Time for a shake up and rethink especially for working ppl who can't get there first thing in the morning like non workers(because your shift starts at 4am like mine does ).
Why bother sending text messages asking for you to make an appointment when there is none only at stupid o'clock (I'm in work and it takes me two hours and three bus journeys to get to my home town )

I felt the need to leave a review after seeing the practice only had 2 stars. I've been with Donneybrook for around 15 years, my son (15) and daughter (5) I've only ever received fantastic, professional, thorough care from all the GPs. I understand the frustration some people have with the appointments system but once you get used to it it's the most effective way to triage and prioritise appointments. Request an appointment on the day and I've always got one, either telephone or Face to face, referrals for other services are done effectively too. All in all very happy with the care we all receive. Thank you
