Cruel and dishonest people that have constantly messed me about.

I have a prescription for Tramadol due to chronic back pain as a result of multiple herniated discs as a result of injuries at work. I cannot function without my prescription for obvious reasons. I am aware it’s addictive and I’m constantly told in a facetious way that’s it addictive and asking if I knew that as if I’m an idiot. I’d rather be addicted but have it under control than be in chronic debilitating pain all day.

I had a prescription which was for 6x50mg capsules a day which was already difficult as it was reduced from 8 a day last year. I had a medication review last week and the doctor decided to reduce it to 2 a day from 6 as I said I was struggling with 6. I told her I will be in severe pain all day with just two and will have withdrawals. Keep in mind they only last 6 hours in your system and there’s 24 hours in a day. She was adamant that I won’t have withdrawals. I’ve been on this for four years, I know what to expect, if I forget to take my prescription to work then I have a lot of issues. After nearly a week of calling asking where’s my prescription I ran out and was told it would be reverted back to 84 capsules meaning up to 6 per day. I was told it would be done on the Wednesday, they lied, it was eventually done on the Thursday but with 30 capsules but only one a day. How can you drop it from 6 to 1 per day? How cruel can you be? This is what pushes people to go down dark routes. I’ve had enough of being messed about. I’ve been offered no support, no referrals, I had an MRI last year and they didn’t bother to send me the results or talk to me about it. I’m jumping about in pain every day while I work 70 hours a week and I can’t imagine having a devastating drop in my prescription like this. This is outrageous and unacceptable.

I want to come off it slowly without horrible withdrawals but I’m not ready. Listen to your patients for once rather than screwing us over.

Unfortunately, my experience with this GP surgery has been disappointing. They seem to have a shortage of doctors, and at one point, I was informed that only one doctor was available. Securing an appointment is extremely difficult, and even when I have managed to book one, it has been canceled due to staffing issues. Additionally, the telephone customer service could be improved. Each time I have spoken to the administrators, I have felt rushed off the phone and not given the chance to fully explain my concerns. Overall, the lack of availability and poor communication have made accessing care very frustrating!

my disabled husband had liver scan received a text from surgery to make an appointment called several times long wait no answer. went on line to request an appointment received a text to book an appointment none available! advised to call what a joke surely they have a duty of care to advise if test results in a timely fashion. have called as instructed guess what long wait no answer. one medical group are definitely in it for the money not patient care. would give no stars

I visited this practice last week to request a blood test and also to schedule an appointment. I was informed that they do not allow walk-in appointments, which I understood, but was still disappointed by the lack of flexibility. When I mentioned that it's difficult to get through on the phone and that walk-ins aren't allowed, the receptionist simply responded that they only take telephone appointments.

As I was leaving, I overheard the reception staff laughing and talking behind my back. When I turned around to look, they quickly stopped, but the damage was done. This lack of professionalism was disheartening, and it only added to my frustration with the practice's poor management.

I believe that patients should be treated with respect, especially when they are trying to access care. The unprofessional behavior I witnessed, combined with the overall inefficiency of the practice, has led me to decide that I won't be returning. It's concerning to think that this kind of treatment could be overlooked, especially given the negative reviews they've received over time. It seems like no one is addressing these ongoing issues.

I've had enough of Whitehouse Surgery. It's unfortunate that such poor customer service continues unchecked.I hope someone beyond the surgery's management makes note how poorly this surgery is being managed and people do not have to look for alternatives and get the service that they are supposed to receive.

The most useless GP surgery in the UK, I’ve contacted them everyday for a week but got no appointment and my chest infection exacerbated. I hope all of them fall sick and their GP surgery doesnt give them any appointments and they receive no treatment and their condition should exacerbate like mine did.

Why don't you be honest to each and every one of your patients, and inform them truthfully, that several of the GP'S from Whitehouse Surgery, who also work at other surgeries, ARE under investigation!!!
My daughter-in-law was informed of the truth, by a staff member, at Milton Keynes Hospital, recently.
We ARE aware, that a small amount of your patients have received letters, but the majority have not...
So glad that our daughter-in-law has now moved surgeries and IS receiving excellent care, elsewhere!!!

Honestly, I do not know what is going on at this surgery but the outright unprovoked and instant rudeness from their reception staff is so unacceptable. I dread to think how it feels being a sickly or elderly person having to deal with these people. Shame on this place. Not only that you just can’t book appointments.

Are there any doctors at this surgery? Whenever I've gone to make an appointment the waiting room is empty.
There is only one receptionist behind the screen.
I recently visited the surgery to book two appointments and was told not possible, receptionist completed form whilst I was there, I did get a response but it was a physio appointment not a f2f with a doctor.
I have on occasion requested a doctors appointment and when I attended it turned out I was seen by a pharmacist who felt the need to review with Dr Sujjad for advise. I discovered when looking at my patient records that a message had been sent cancelling my appointment and they would call me to rebook. I didn't receive that message and I was not called to rebook.
