I'm pregnant, being told my liver function was over 70 when it should be under 40. Drove all the way from London first thing in the morning to make my 2nd blood test and was late by a few minutes. The receptionist didn't care, was rude and condescending and after telling me to sit down and wait then called me back to tell me they won't see me. Horrible experience at Willen. Never had this with newport pagnell.

If you are ill in Newport Pagnell you are in big trouble....
Having had a telephone consultation for a Hernia? Its now virtually impossible to see a consultant.. after waiting 18 months for remedial surgery I'm still no further forward and the problem is getting worse.
If you want to sell your car, they insist on having a look at it, they don't ask you to rev it up and put the phone under the bonnet.
The whole of the organisation from appointments too cure needs sorting out. Its so sad seeing what should be a world leading idea being destroyed with no apparent leadership and plan to put it right. ......Back on the phone for another hour of call queuing as the online system cant deal with my request

Their online service "Accurx" is mostly down. When you call there is always cue on the phone takes at least half an hour to reach to receptionist aaaaahhhhhh !..
Why NPMC is calling patients like scammers do; from an "unknown-number"? Resulting the calls to be missed, and forced to request another appointment for over a month later. Very disappointing, inconvenient!

For the last two days I have been trying to make an appointment, not urgent. Being responsible rather than ringing I tried to book online on the new system ACCUrx to book the appointment in the new year. Yesterday the system had been withdrawn and again today due to the demand. What was the point of investing in a new system that cannot cope with demand and is forever being taken down when busy? This is not the first time I have experienced them doing this! It suggests you ring if urgent, my case is not and I do not want to add being another number in the queue. Out of interest yesterday and today I rang to see where I was in the queue 15 and 17 respectively. Come on medical centre sort your new system out!!

Waited almost a month to speak with a gynaecologist just for them to fob me off and told me to phone back Monday ! Absolutely useless service and was no help whatsoever. I unfortunately have no other option but to go through these lot but their first impressions was not great.

I had an appointment today @ 10.30 am.
I was firstly told by the doctor via telephone appointment previously my appointment is at 10.30am in Willen practice, I also called today at 9.45am to confirm where which I was then told to go to Willen practice.
After arriving at Willen I was told that I have got it wrong made out to be my fault! Simply not on. I arrived at NPMC at 10.34am and was told I will now have to wait because I'm late by no fault of my own.
After waiting an hour I went to ask what is the hold up and was told she ( the doctor) as 2 more patients ahead of me as I am late i have to wait.
This was NOT my fault why should I wait for others to come after me and go in before me? This has made me loose all faith in the practice and wasted time and my money as I had to take an hour out of work for this!

I left and was told I have to rebook like again it is my fault, to be treated this way is disgusting!
Please tell what you are going to do about this.

Seen a Gp today my appointment at 11:20am 19/11/22. Very disappointed, I have waited weeks to have this appointment and even requested a day off from work so I can see a Gp for consultation. I was in and out for just over a minute!!! She did not even look at me whilst I was telling her how I feel.. she was just staring out the window in front of her which I find very odd. Then she told me to request blood test first! She don’t even do anything else or say anything apart from that. I have wasted a day and waited weeks for nothing… if only someone told me to book a blood test first before seeing Gp would of been very much appreciated.
