Receptionist was outstanding and helpful. I had surgery in mid-February and was not feeling well, the Receptionist requested Dr Gundersen to contact me immediately. I was seen in 5 min. The services received from all was exceptional. Thank you

I had a diabetic foot check ,which was cancelled a few times.should have been December. However the nurse was amazing I told her I had a stroke 2 weeks previously but I had not been followed up she told me to make an appointment ASAP. She explained foot pulses were excellent as was foot condition. She was lovely and put me at ease

Got a message to ask me to give review of my lately appointment but I really don’t know what I can say because my appointment was cancelled and only be notified less than a hour from the scheduled time. By no means of compliant even I understood the reason of the cancellation was justified but still frustrate enough to say so. However, thanks for receptionist who try her best to reschedule my appointment but still another five days to wait. Please appreciated that no one wants to see doctor unless necessary.

While I was waiting with several others we could hear other patients at the reception desk discussing very personal matters.
It would be nice if a more confidential area could be set up for people.

Great service, 👍 from the reception to my appointment with the Doctor. I even enjoyed the quiet area where I sat in the waiting room. It was the first time I used this area because someone was coughing 😪 and I wanted to keep my distance from them, and this was just the ticket. Don't change this it worked for me, Thanks PSM.

After spending weeks trying to get an appointment at a sexual health clinic I tried my luck and asked anyway whether they could help, GPs don’t normally offer these services. But to my surprise they have one nurse who is fully trained in these areas and was able to see me within a week!
I genuinely don’t know what I would’ve done otherwise as for 4 weeks I spent hours on hold only to be told they had no appointments for months or that they only saw people within a certain area, I was genuinely running out of options!
Absolutely made up with all of this and hope more GPs follow in their steps.

My favourite thing about this doctors surgery is the helpful & friendly reception/admin team, they remember peoples names and nothing ever seems too much. I really appreciate that, and I think it makes a big difference to patient experience as often coming to surgery is an anxiety provoking experience and one where a little extra care and warmth goes a long way. I’ve found all the GPs and nursing team to be very supportive and validating, and knowledgeable about a range of issues. Working in primary care is an extremely stressful job particularly in the post-pandemic, post-Conservatives era but you wouldn’t know it based on the interactions I’ve had with the staff, they all seem reasonably happy in their roles which is perhaps indicative of the culture at St Mary’s docs. I really hope this continues and the surgery is supported to continue to provide high quality care. I would recommend this doctors very highly.

Great GP. Can get appointments sorted asap, and the GP nurses and doctors are also spot on and always lovely. Love the addition of the self check in at the reception desk. Waiting room is as big as it should be, and it's always clean and tidy and well respected. I also like the fact you can book appointments using the My GP app and wait times when ringing up the practice are very quick.

However, the car park is very limited and can only hold very few cars, and the exit and the entrance are the same. I usually have to either park at Tesco or elsewhere, which isn't much of an issue for me but could be an issue for people with mobility issues etc.

If you're looking for a new GP I would definitely recommend PSM Medical Group.
