The best doctors around without a doubt. I haven’t had a problem seeing a doctor for 6 years and every doctor I’ve seen has been thorough and caring. Dr Williams and Dr Browne especially are amazing!

Good doctors but I received a text message from the clinic asking me to make an appointment for a review so I do that and to be told they have no appointments available, that’s a concern, not that I’m urgent but the practice obviously has more patients than is manageable.

The Gill Medical Centre staff go above and beyond to offer help and support. The reception team always do there best to find appointments or signpost to the most appropriate support. The nurses are brilliant and have lots of experience and every GP in this practice listens and are compassionate. I often feel smug when people complain about their GP and I get to say how great mine are, even under the pressures GP surgeries now face!

Need to get new reception staff as been mess about too many times and half the time they ain’t got a clue what they’re doing and with their voice recordings about treating people with kindness and respect. They need to listen more to it because they have been rude so many times and not only me other people too so need to Practice what they preach on their voice recordings

The doctors here are outstanding, very thorough, everytime I feel fully assessed and leave feeling in very good hands. unfortunately since it has been taken over you just can't a appointment, the receptionist will medically assess my medical condition, then with her professional medical experience assess when I qualify to see the doctor. No empathy today with my situation like talking to a robot
