Was given a voucher for an hour treatment of my choice and it has been one of the best gifts I have received. I chose a pregnancy massage, as I am 30 weeks pregnant, to relieve some of the aches and pains and I left feeling so relaxed and calm. I had a wonderful experience thanks to the staff (mainly Sacha) who made me feel at ease from the moment I entered. I will be recommending to friends and family and will also be returning myself. I have had many treatments at HS, and I’ve loved every one of them. I’ve had the most amazing reflexology with Claire, just divine. Sports massage with Andy which was amazing, he got my body through training for the Ride London. Acupuncture with Keeley which has been totally transformational for me and my two children. Walking in the door of HS feels therapeutic in itself, such a lovely place, I cannot recommend HS enough.

A massive 'thank you' to Melanie. I cannot thank her enough for getting to grips with my neck and shoulder pain. After a course of clinical massage, I'm virtually pain free. I'm sleeping better. And I'm able to restart upper body weight training again. One hundred per cent recommended.

I always arrive 15minutes early as the smells and relaxation when you walk in is amazing .
Marta has a very relaxing aura and is so professional
I have been having regular facial peel facials and the improvement in my skin is amazing .I have had facials for years however this has had the most positive effect on my skin as well as the relaxation .
I would recommend Healthspace to anyone as it has a special feel not found in most beauty salons .

I have been to HealthSpace for ayurvedic treatments twice now, and I cannot recommend the place highly enough. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing, and the décor is tasteful and welcoming. The lovely Sonja did both of my treatments, and I felt wonderful after both. She is a warm lady with a very calm manor, and is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive about all things body and soul. I will definitely be going back!

Amazing facial. Very professional and relaxing. Teresa made my skin glow and felt so soft and moisturised. She explained what I needed to apply to my skin to maintain hydration. I would thoroughly recommend her.
