Amazing medical centre everytime you call for an appointment, they advise dail 111? Why do I even have them as my family's GP. The worst decision was to move to this area even ilford lane GPS have better response time when I lived there. Anyone looking to join my advise AVOID palms medical centre the most unprofessional uncaring team you will ever have to deal with. Shocking that they are not monitored.

1 -They will be rude when answering

2 - try calling them they will drop your call even after waiting 40minutes

3- Ask for a name to complain they will drop your call and your call will not be answered again.

4 - Best advise given dail 111, why don't you close the surgery and let 111 take over .

5 - They never have appointments.

There are a couple of very good doctors at this surgery.

There are huge problems with booking appointments and patient support. Receptionists can be very unhelpful, there are issues trying to get through on the phone and get an appointment, issues with reception procedures. I have called and been no 32 in the list. When requesting a callback the phone rings and rings and no one picks up.

I had an issue with a prescription, because of the surgery systems it ended up involving a number of other service providers including out of hours, 111 and multiple hours on the phone for something that should have been relatively straight forward to resolve. No apology, or accountability.

I have been a patient for 17 years. It used to have staff that were very helpful.

I have been unwell for almost 3 weeks with chest infection that's getting worse plus I have asthma I told Dr Akoptor and expected antibiotics. Dr Akpotor said they don't prescribe antibiotics anymore. Which is not true, as a relative in the same household as me was prescribed some the day before. So she lied. I ended up having to call 111 to get a different Dr prescribe antibiotics.
Palms medical centre need to put peoples health first instead of focusing on budgets and costs and LISTEN to patients.
Also maybe if she read through my notes she would know that I used to get hospitalised because of asthma and chest infections from childhood, therefore require antibiotics.

Awful receptionists who are rude and unhelpful. If you do mananage to get an appointment you'll see a doctor that doesn't have a clue what they're doing and will just fob you off.
Terrible practice, avoid like the plague.

Absolutely disgraceful practice !!

The staff are so bad and helpless. Most of the receptionist are ignoring your request and one of them is very very rude made me cry .

one of the receptionist gave my husband another patients blood test form.

We have been booked telephone appointment so many times but we don’t get telephone call back by the doctors. The receptionist don’t know the reason .

One of the receptionist never tells the truth . I called to book an appointment. She said a man called booked an appointment for you for 10:00 why did you miss it .…. She’s making things up without any proof.

I have requested the manager to call me back soo soo many times regarding so many service issues but I have never had any call back from anyone

One of the doctor saw my little daughter to examine her . My daughter was crying so much so doctor didn’t examine her properly I have asked her to check her ears she said I took my gloves and my equipments away now. I was so shocked!!!!!! She refused to give me antibiotics because she said your daughter doesn’t have any infection. she is fine I said but you have not examined her ears. I had to take my daughter to a private doctor the next day to get antibiotics for her ear infection . ( she had ear infection)

They trying their best to ignore you and they getting away with it !!!!

They never have appoinments. They always tell me to call 111. Very unprofessional service from all staff including doctors. If you book an appointment with a doctor you can only discuss one problem. The women working at the reception are very moody no people skills.
