My husband Garry Burton has just had an appointment with Dr Khan he was fantastic with us and explained in great detail Garry results very clearly putting Garry at his ease. It's just a pity he only works at the hub on a Friday. Should Garry need a follow up we will definitely be asking for Dr Khan

Wouldn't even give them one. Doctors DO NOT listen to you or follow notes from previous doctors. I've had to get second opinions numerous times and was proven right each time. Don't be fobbed off by them!
I've just left the practice after being messed around, again, best thing I ever did. There are better doctors out there!

Can’t get an appointment here ever. Phoned at 8 in the morning to be 20th in the queue, no appointments left as soon as I got through even though I rang as it opened. Absolute joke to be honest. Receptionist absolutely no help at all. Unbelievable.

I have been with this surgery since 1988 and i have seen some changes with Doctors and staff in that time. I can honestly say that in all those years i have never had a complaint with any of the staff. i did find one female Doctor to be quite rude and lacking in compassion but she was the only one. Since moving to the hub again i have had no problems with any of the doctors or staff. This could be because i treat them with respect and manners even though things dont always go right the first time. The attitude that i have witnessed when i have been in the surgery by some of the patients is below ignorant and their attitude to the staff is disgusting to the point if it was me onthe receiving end of their actions i would refuse to continue serving them. These people working in the Hub are doing the best that they can and the attitude of some of the patients really need to be looked at. Keep it up team you are doing a great job under difficult circumstances and so many of your patients really appreciate what you do. Thank you.

I suffered from sciatica four months ago (during that time I was in emergency hospital three times). The pain is incredible. Those who experienced it know what I mean. I made an appointment with the GP three weeks ago as of today, but when I arrived at the clinic, the lady at the counter informed me that my appointment had been canceled because I was staying with my daughter in another district. I explained to her that I was staying with my daughter because with this condition I couldn't even move. The lady at the counter told me to register with a doctor where my daughter lives and she can't do anything about it. There is total ignorance towards the patient that even four months of pain has no effect on them.
