My 7 week GP placement at Robin Hood as a final year medical student was excellent. I felt like a member of the practice from day 1, saw many patients and felt well supported by my tutors. I have certainly become more confident at seeing patients independently and got a great taster of what working as a GP is like, would definitely recommend this practice to patients and potential trainees

Just completed a 7-week placement at RLH as a final-year medical student. The experience was fantastic and I really felt like I was a part of the team throughout my placement. The team here have been so welcoming and supportive, providing us with plenty of opportunities to see patients independently as well as providing appropriate supervision and incredibly useful tutorials. I would certainly recommend this practice to patients as well as trainees!

My experience: Brilliant, wouldn't have changed anything about the GP interactions! - SAME DAY virtual medical review (messages via app, very convenient when an in person review is not necessary), SAME DAY referral to imaging, slight wait for specialist service (not GP related), SAME DAY call back once scan was done, and SAME DAY referral to surgery at private NHS contractor hospital, the following day I had an apt to see the surgeons. It all worked the way it should, no friction at all. What more do you want? Thank you Dr N Bennett and the surgery for this smooth and positive experience.

Dr Nicola Bennett was Genuinely helpful and caring. Really listened and provided help and referrals where needed. Got appointment same day. The receptionist who had helped me that morning was excellent too.
In the 15 years I have been with this surgery I have always recieved exemplary treatment.they demonstrate old school values of listening and caring for their patients. Providing professional and appropriate care.

Honestly a good GP practice - Same day appointments are given usually and really nice staff and doctors.

I was early for my appointment but that was OK. Not long to wait to check in. Plenty of people showing me the way and I literally went in almost immediately. Lovely nurse, friendly and efficient. In fact everyone was welcoming and all was clearly well-planned. Thank-you for all you do.

The process was extremely well organised, with lots of staff and volunteers on hand to ensure that things went smoothly.
