I called at 9pm, 01/01/2025 for information about a future appointment and was referred to the queens hospital line. The person who answered at the front test didn't even let me explain my situation before cutting me off and switching me to other lines back to back and saying "this line must be engaged one second" each time. By the end the person on the line along with another colleague were in the background laughing and making rude noises whilst I kept saying "excuse me". This was incredibly unprofessional!

Do NOT use this hospital for private/insured treatment. I did 2 years ago, my treatment was promptly paid for by Bupa and for the past 2 years this hospital keeps on sending me letters telling me to pay invoices or they will send my information over to a debt collection agency. Each time, I contact them directly and they confirm that the invoices have in fact been paid. And then the cycle starts again and I receive more threatening letters. I even received a letter from a debt collection agency at one point. After contacting the hospital, they once again told me that the invoice had been paid and I didn't receive anything further from the debt collection agency. And then a few weeks later.. more letters from the hospital asking me to pay the same invoice!
