My girlfriend is in this doctors and it is absolutely shocking. She called with a chest infection couldn’t get out of bed and was in a bad state she explained that she is pregnant, has all the symptoms of a chest infection and has asthma and was taking her inhalers multiple times within the hour due to her having a tight chest. As soon as she finished her sentence she was told she couldn’t be seen and had to wait for the next day. I work for a doctors surgery myself and know that anyone who is pregnant has asthma and a chest infection get seen as an urgent matter as it is really dangerous to leave it. Our baby passed away just over a year ago and whenever she has an appointment she is still asked how the baby is doing in which she obviously has to tell them he’s passed away appointment after appointment. She then asked for a warning to be added to her notes to say not to ask again and the next appointment she was asked the same question. Serious questions need to be asked about how this place runs. We are definitely looking at going to another surgery asap as the service has been so shocking

I have to agree with Adam Hale, shocking how this practice are allowed to run. The people who oversee GP surgerys also need to wake up and see how this surgery runs, absolutely shocking, I think what needs to be asked is, how many fully qualified GP's (not being trained and temporary) are actually in this building on a daily basis.

This surgery, including the girls on reception, literally saved my life.
Everyone from reception to nurses and ultimately the doctors are consumet professionals.

They are friendly, kind , and dedicated 100 % in every aspect of running a doctors surgery, and they do a damed good job of it.

Please have the manners
To be curtious when visiting, it goes a long way in your treatment.

Worst practice ever, doctors that make stories up and then try to cancel your therapy cause they want to make up stories, doctors don't listen told a doctor was worried about falling asleep all the time he gave me sleeping g pills Worst place ever
