My feet were swollen and sore I have just been prescribed BP tablets and wondered if they were causing this problem . So rang at 1220pm and asked for a telephone appointment they told me it would be 1pm today . I was shocked didn’t expect one that soon . Doctor Mark Smith rang me ( I had never heard of him usually have Dr Kozlowski ) he was brilliant confirmed it was the tablets. He then sent a new prescription to my pharmacy. A fantastic service

It can be challenging to get through over the phone to book an appointment, however it can be done online after registering at the reception desk.
It's a busy medical centre and I feel it could do with more regular cleaning.
Doctors are friendly and professional. The nurses at the reception desk may sound not nice over the phone but they are when you meet them in person.
Parking is available on the street.

Great service by the front counter. Spoke with the receptionists quite a few times now I find them most helpful. They just save me a few pounds on my travel insurance, as was given wrong information by my previous GP practice. Spoke with the receptionists today and was put right by my new GP practice. 🙌👍

MANAGER STACEY & TEAM TREATED ME UNFAIRLY ( I KNOW IS BECAUSE OF MY COLOUR )

I have been unwell from the end of august and I spoke to my doctor the 1/09/22 and he suggested antibiotics for me , but I couldn’t get after 7 days and he requested me for a blood test for the 19/09/22 .

But due to the death of the queen all appointon that day was cancelled, and they tried to get me another for 23 in another firm

Appointment for 23 was done but test result was not successful due to my blood was dried before lab and my gp could not find me another test to be done which I found very strange dealing with a patient on well and can’t find me a blood test to do a test that only take 5 minute’s clinic made wait for another 2weeks til the 10/10/22 . Unfortunately for me I went to appointment 20 minutes late due to emergency from my son and Stacey manger and receptionist treated me like a piece of paper of their patient who called in sick and we did not what was wrong with him .

And this is the second time my son was in well for months and they could not find out what was wrong with him till another outsider doctor diagnose him to found out my son needed treatment nearly lost my boy because of this same firm I don’t know whether some will do anything about . Be careful about this clinic staff there don’t care about your health is just another profession for them .

But this field is to help and safe live but no to treat men as not human .

Following a medical emergency during the imminent festive period I I would like to THANK and acknowledge the professional and personal care administered by Dr Northfield ALL his team at the St George's Medical Centre Moston. They made the patient and myself feel more comfortable during a distressing time offering care and reassurance alongside a very busy clinic. Their care and reactions were also praised by the paramedics who again arrived in a timely manner. I would also like to thank the team of paramedics Lorraine. Ray and Abby for the care and kindness given during our journey and two and half hour wait outside the hospital.

Basically, the receptionists are the worst in the GP!!!! They don't respect the patient's. I was waiting to see the doctor for my sister as she couldn't speak English and this was the second appointment because in the first one they meant to book an interpreter for her but the first appointment couldn't go ahead as they told that the interpreter was not available so far, it is fine but while I was waiting to be seen by the doctor for my sister one of the patient was ringing the bell trying to get in but there were 3 receptionists which they didn't care and one of them were dancing for the other two receptionists which my point is that they are working for the NHS to serve the public on tax payers how can they be that much rude to the patients. The receptionists should be trained how they should deal with the patients as the patients are not feeling the same as normal person in those moments.
