Miriam the practise nurse is amazing! Went for my smear and she makes you feel 100% comfortable with everything. Talks you through step by step and explains the whole process. You can see she cares immensely about you and your experience and health. Super quick, comfortable and easy.

Staff with very rude attitude. It was never an issue to send the results via email in the past few years but it suddenly became an issue today. I was told that the results can be collected in the practice but can't be sent via email. I called them a while ago to tell them about moving the address and asked if it's possible to stay registered with them due to multiple health conditions. I've explained that I work 1 minute walk from them which makes it much easier if I ever need to see the GP. I was told that was okay and they wouldn't change the address on the system. However upon collecting my results today I've been given a letter saying that my registration will cease in 28 days. The receptionist suggested that I lied about previously informing them about the move because they would have put a note on my file. I guess the bitter lady should check the call recording and speak to the unqualified staff who didn't put a note in the file rather than accusing me of lying. Very unprofessional. Thankfully I've found an amazing practice right next to my home which is open from 8am - 6:30 and the staff was absolutely delightful over the phone. What a difference.

Thank you very much to Miriam the practice nurse at St James Health Centre. I was very nervous about this my first vaccination after a very bad reaction to a previous one and she settled my nerves really well, being so understanding, empathetic, friendly and very professional and efficient in her administering of the vaccination. She explained everything every step of the way all about the vaccination and listened to my concerns putting me at ease and I came out of the surgery smiling after a very positive experience. Top marks Miriam and thank you.

Would like to give 5* star review to this practice, have only been a patient for few months have found Drs staff /receptionist to be excellent, they are under as much pressure to keep patient queuing low as humanly possible, please remember when you shouting and accusing them of not care, I move from Wirral to this practice , found Drs especially reception very friendly, I watch them answer calls with greater respect ,scheduling appointments, Drs /reception staff work hard to keep appointment and waiting time low as possible, next time. You "Boot of argue", think! RESPECT Drs/staff. they two are only Human, not Robots. kindness and respect before shouting off

Very bad service, I am trying to arrange an appointment for my family and they are just keep saying call us back at 8:00AM which is not acceptable, I should be able to arrange an appointment anytime for any available date. It is been more than week I am trying to arrange an appointment and they just keep saying call us back at 8:00AM. What a bad service.
