First time I've been to this hospital for a Colonoscopy due to Countess Of Chester being overbooked for my yearly screening.
When I booked in with the receptionist I was greeted with a friendly smile
Was well informed by the nurse before the procedure
They do multiple checks b4 the Colonoscopy including in the theatre that you are you to avoid mix ups with patients
I can't fault any of the staff as they all showed professionalism and care towards all patients from checking in to being released after the procedure

friendly and welcoming, staff always happy to assist and help.

Wait times are to be expected but the relaxed feel of the Urgent Care Centre makes time go by faster.

Highly recommend visiting for none life threatening emergencies rather than clogging up A&E at Warrington the difference between Halton and Warrington is a million miles apart.

The waits can be a bit long at times can obviously depend on time, if you want the urgent care centre best get there early. Very clean staff are wonderful and lifts are clean and never out of order.

so went in to urgent care as I had a abscess in my mouth which I wanted to have the abscess side treated not the tooth side, they referred me to Liverpool dental rather than treating the abscess, went to Warrington hospital and instantly they treated me straight away for the abscess and gave me advice and medication to get the abscess for what I can do to further treat it , I am shocked how one hospital can turn you away but then the other hospital across to the next town can treat me instantly. so I would not suggest this hospital for any treatment stick to widnes walk in or Warrington hospital

Was told to go here by 111 as my partner was very sick, when we went in the room she asked what was wrong and then said they weren't treating any patients at the moment even though they had a full waiting room and was told to go to Warrington a&e even though I had spent over £10 in Uber to get here and was told it was at least 2½ hour wait for an ambulance

The blood test department is awful. They have appointments throughout the day BUT make no provision for blood tests required on the day by the doctors and consultants. The result is a very long wait for those unfortunate individuals. Bad management.

Absolutely fantastic team of staff in the A&E department. Professional and polite Nursing staff and Receptionist. First visit as they are so busy I didn't want to bother them. But they were caring and understanding about my situation. Thank you A&E..
